This is it! After a long preparation, our son is finally moving into his accommodation. On his part, he is more excited than worried, but as parents, we are also excited, but at the same time, we feel some sadness and worry that he will be on his own. We just need to face the fact that he is now a young adult making his own mark in this world.
The drive took about 3 hrs 15 mins. His allotted arrival time was 12nn, and we finished sorting out the room and kitchen around 5 pm.
We suggest that you stay overnight somewhere nearby if you live far as we were really exhausted and emotionally drained.
Print Hall 2 is a newly built accommodation in a quiet surroundings. The room size is just okay ( not too big, not too small). The kitchen is big. He shared about 9 students in the kitchen. This is located about 10-15 minutes walk from the city centre or Cabot Circus. From the Fry Building, it's a 25-minute walk. But there's a bus stop opposite Print Hall ( First Bus - 72/72A ), which you can take to go to the Fry building. It's about a 15-minute bus ride.
Overall, we are very happy and feel safe where he is staying.

Hi Joy! Just came across this video as I was trying to research about Print Hall accomodation! I received an offer to stay here, but I'm worried that it is noisy. Did your son ever hear noise from outside or crazy drunk students inside the building? thank you!!
Hi Dom ! Sadly but yes :-) Who knows your batchmates or Co students will not be that noisy :-) it's part of growing up and you know teenagers....my son just wear an earplugs and it helps.

At first he doesn't want us to call him regularly as he wants to be independent. Jay said we need to do it slowly so it's easy for us. So sorry for replying now. I believe by now nkpag-apply k n :-( Print hall is a good place. Near Cabot Circus but far from the buildings na ina-attend-an ng son ko. That's why he moved out after his first year.
