Beautiful beings! Read a few pages of a book and it inspired me to wake up earlier and set an intentional routine and build a regime that feels sustainable. Obviously, this process with look different for each of us but the main message is to honor the current version of yourself with love and acceptance. Changing habits out of love rather than punishment is the way to create a consistent growth pattern.

in October i read two book it's help me to arranging my days to feel good with new idea
1 - ( digital minimalism ) .. this is good for take me time to more think about my time and focus in my goal
2 - ( Atomic habit ) .. very very good and helpful , he is talk about habit and how to work with it step by step
