I only recently upgraded to AirPods 3âŠI was nervous about it because the older AirPods would make my ears hurt quickly. I was actually considering over the ear headphones but in the end took a chance and boy am I glad I did! Even though these are larger in the ear they donât hurt my ears at all! Totally pleased!

I just got the pros, apparently the crackling issues have been fixed in the new batches, and let me say oh my goodness are they incredible. I wonder how these stack up against those considering thereâs no noise cancellation

I was excited about the airpods 3 with Justine's facial reaction until she said, "...just as good as the pros..." in the more mellow voice.
That basically told me she thought the 3's sound like the pros but not better. May blow the airpods 2 away like a night and day comparison, but it sure looked like a letdown when her thoughts finally made the comparison with airpods pro sound quality because all that enthusiasm subsided right before her statement. Idk, it might be a fitment issue or something else, but her review doesn't give any confidence that the 3's sound superior to the pros even with all the marketing hype for the tech improvements.
If I see a deal come black friday for the pros, I'll give in and just get those. Or if there are an onslaught of pro 2 rumors for early next year, then I might as well wait. The noise canceling will come in handy and makes this feature a top priority for me. I'm sure you purchased the better product, so enjoyđđ

Iâve got some crackly AirPod pros I need to replace, I am nowhere near an Apple repair place so the issue could never be sorted out without me taking a flight to Bangkok which is more expensive than getting a new pair, but I didnât want a new pair of flawed crackly AirPod pros!
Thank You! The fit is so much better with lay-in-your-ear vs silicon tip pro. The other reviews are all anc, but the normal airpods are just more comfortable and easier to use. Your review is awesome!

Thanks for the quick review iJustine. I am glad to hear that they are slightly larger than the previous generations. I have the EarPods 2, and they often pop out of my ears just walking down the street. Most often when crossing the street. Last year I started using a tether for safety reasons.

Thus far I have managed to avoid buying AirPods but these feel like almost too good of a deal to miss particularly with the spatial audio, I don't need ANC as I mainly use earbuds in my office on my own so may just need to grab a pair of these
AirPods are great both pros and these but donât buy for spatial audio buy for the product as a whole

I think Iâm sticking with the pros. I got memory foam ear tips for them and theyâre a perfect fit. I canât give that up

Yea the pros have some of the same features but I need to get some memory foam plugs too
I like the proâs cause they have the rubbers. Iâve had the normal airpods but they never fit right, the plastic is to slippery and probably big for my ears. I just got the proâs so Iâll be using them for a while but if they come out with second gen proâs, I truly hope they wonât get rid of the switchable rubbers.

Just picked up my Air Pods Pro from Colorware, the finish is immaculate, they look like they were made like this from new. You can also get the different colours in this new model.
im really loving this new setup from the New Macbook and this video! Its so fun, clean and refreshing. The old set up was very aesthetic but sometimes it was too dark and made it hard for me to be mentally excited and hyped for a product. Im loving this multi studio set up

I use my Pros so much that my 2nd gen AirPods are almost like brand new because I got the Pros as a gift soon after I bought 2nd gen. I think Iâll wait for 2nd gen Pros.

@@Celisar1 for some people it does but for other people it doesnât. It hurts their ears or it sometimes slips off. Sometimes theyâll have even generic infections due to the tips.
I know several ppl irl who prefer AirPods design instead of AirPods Pro design w ear tips

@@Celisar1 For some it does - thatâs certainly the idea I believe. However I personally thinks itâs mostly a matter of personal preference of if you like how the silicone tips feel in your ear. I for one have never liked how they feel in my ear, so Iâve preferred the non-Pro AirPods instead!

They look HUGE. I ended up giving away my AirPods Pro because after a few months they hurt my ears a lot, they wouldnât stay in, etc. This made me go back to the AirPods 2, and I was hoping version 3 would be as comfortable as the 2âs but with the new features. This video saved me 180⊠thanks! Ha
I had the same issue with my airpod pro too, but I changed the earbuds to a bigger one, and baaam! They stayed. You could try itâșïž
@@CiataJolie indeed. Thanks. The large tips lasted me the longest and seemed to be the right fit because they really wedged themselves in my ears. But after a few months they really started to hurt my ears, probably due to the pressure they caused. I couldnât wear the large tips for more than an hour without having my ears hurt for 2 or 3 days after. Brutal.
I'm in the same boat! My friends 1st and 2nd gen fit great for me, but I tried my friend's pros and they continuously fall out and hurt my ears no matter what bud size I try. Seeing this review, they look far too big so am thinking I might buy them directly from apple, as I think they have a return policy for if they don't fit!
hey i just picked up the airpods 3 a few days ago and iâve already worn them to the gym and while doing something around the house and honestly? they fit a lot better than youâd think. itâs more adjustable than the pros bc of no gel tips, and you do get used to the feeling

Same here. I loved the AirPods Pro for a month or two, then they started hurting my ears, would fall out, etc. I tried foam tips but that was worse. I ended up giving the Pros away to a family member and going back to the ole AirPods 2. Looks like Iâll be staying with the 2âs for longer.

EarPods/Airpods are the only earbud style IEMs I've used that fit well and are actually comfortable. Anything bigger and they're a non-starter for me.
i my self cant wear the pro cuz i get dizzy but the regular one fits me perfectly , idk whats up with the pros that i get dizzy and balance issues
â@@fadijany Sense of balance comes from your inner ear. If the headphones are blocking your ear canal entirely or one more than the other you'll experience what you're describing.

I just got these AirPods today for Christmas and I canât wait to use them
I got a pair and they are just fine. Nothing to blow anyone away. Really annoying that you still canât change the volume from the pods themselves other than with voice commands. Special audio is a nice extra but not for everyday music listening.
I love my pros so much I canât imagine these being a big enough improvement to upgrade. Pros are perfect imo.
These aren't mean to be an upgrade to the pros, only the base AirPods. The pros and max are still the higher level tiers.
The pros still perform better in every aspect
Airpods Pro have too little bass for my taste. Airpods gen1 are far better in that specific area. I'm sure gen3 are better than gen1 in every aspect. The only downside might be that more bulky size. I really liked original Airpods. Perfect fit for my ears.

What I have been noticing is that Apple is bringing back old style
of things. Like with the iPhone 12s in the iPhone 13 the sides are
