Fly ash bricks manufacturing has become a big money making business in India. Now people of India have slowly adapting the green brick technology (Fly ash Bricks) which is going to be a savior of our mother nature for years to come.
Let me throw some precise points on this good money making business and some do’s and don’ts about fly ash bricks manufacturing process.

Land Requirement: One should have minimum half acres of factory campus to start this business (though half acre is OK, 1 acre is preferred to stock and curing the bricks)

Cement Manufacturers - Potential Competitors: Cement manufacturers have installed Giant Silo’s at their own cost in Thermal Power Plants to collect the fly ash accumulated, obviously they get the major share of fly ash from Thermal Power Plants, the fly ash bricks manufacturers often fight for their share judicially.

What shall be compressive strength of brick with lime and gypsum . And what will be strength of brick using cement . What will be cost difference in brick between cement and lime /gypsum brick

भाई साहब इसमें एक ईट की लागत ₹ 3.5 के आसपास आती है और 4-4.5 बिकती है 1 दिन में 10000 के लिए आपको कम से कम ₹35000 की जरूरत पड़ेगी या ने महीने में लगभग ₹1050000 की रनिंग कॉस्ट होनी आपके पास चाहिए तभी आप आराम से काम कर सकेंगे क्योंकि यह माल तुरंत नहीं बिकेगा set होने और मार्केट में बिकने में और पैसा आने में समय लगभग 1 माह का लगेगा और यह 1000000 हमेशा आपके पास ब्लॉक रहेगा। और कभी-कभी तो 3 माह तक धंधा ही नहीं हो रहा है यानी 3000000 .इन सभी बातों का बहुत आराम से ध्यान मनन करने के बाद और लगभग पूरे धंधे को एक बार पेपर पर ठीक से कैलक्यूशन समझने के बाद थोड़ा सा पैसा लगाकर (प्रोटोटाइप)ही काम शुरू करें.....
यूट्यूबr बनने से अच्छा कोई बिजनेस नहीं है भले ही आपने कोई भी बिजनेस ना किया हो लेकिन आपको सभी बिजनेस के बारे में पूरी पूरी जानकारी है तो दूसरों को बताने से अच्छा है पहले खुद कोई बिजनेस करो प्रॉफिट में आओ और फिर लोगों को उस मॉडल के बारे में समझाओ नहीं तो वीडियो मत बनाओ..
