I commented on your Coast Gaurd Station about this as well, but you should build a harbor near a tropical island, and slowly over time make more boats in it. Primarily older sail boats from the 80’s. Give them tons of rigging and make sure to give some of them bow pulpits. (Look them up if you don’t know what they are)
