Prince Philip raised the idea I've heard, after seeing the warrior games in America. The Royal Family set it up with funding from Prince William, and decided it could be Harry's Project. If he had stood up to Meghan and not married her, it could have continued to be popular with support from all the Royals. But we know now that its reputation is in tatters. Sad for a great cause.
