To pull off that chip whilst dribbling from that distance (its too close really) to beat a Keeper near post with a close range chip, the keeper should be able to cover that area but is not expecting him to aim there because the difficulty is so high. If some is going to chip you at that range they will usually go far post just because its further and therefore easier to make the ball do what you need to do. F*cking no one tries to chip a Keeper near post, not sure even Messi has tried that....Ronaldinho has...and made it and did it like he was pissing about on a beach with his friends. Anyone who has played a bit and has at least some skill will understand just how insane that goal is
