do you mean -72% mystic resistance? if so, then its not possible to beat the boss with that low mystic resistance. you need at least -30% to be able to beat it.
if you meant it the other way, im not too sure. this video is old, and now there are many options to choose, like ameris. if you have kamael's ex wpn, use it on andras, and if you have ameris, you can use her too. if not, melee earth raid team could work too.

i have a f2p account with pretty solid stats (enough to be in a top5 raid guild anyway) and dont do nearly enough damage...
it is pretty f2p friendly, maybe because you have a bit too low mystic resistance, i barely managed to beat him sometimes. try to improve your mystic resistance, and also your stats a bit more.
yep pretty f2p i buy some coffee and world pass and i can say your dmg is not nothing crazy,no one surpass the 200k dmg char@@Uaemanto
