@@paradiseph_ofc Well, our neighboring towns have some nice spots like the beach resorts in Dauin,Zamboaguita every Wednesday has a local market selling with lechon and kinilaw.Twin lake in Sibulan, the Philippines maldives lin Manjuyod and Dolphin watchin in Bais.

5:06 It is getting more of a tourist attraction - the hot springs and waterfalls are quite liked - but the main reason is, that it is a favorite retirement spot.
Forbes Magazin called it one of the best places to retire around the world even! Especially the town up the hill, Valencia, is a favorite retirement spot.
Younger people you will more likely find a bit outside the city, in Dauin for example, there are dive resorts, hostels and a famous CZcamsr (Finn Snow) is also living there, building his house to make Dumaguete his home and stay here.
