We are just regular folks who LOVE to camp and meet new people. We have moved up from a pop-up to a travel trailer to a 5th wheel to our 2019 Keystone Fuzion 427 triple axle toy hauler. Ours does look a little different because we opted for the Keystone Fuzion full body paint scheme. Looks like a great campground. Nice wide sites & With plenty of things to do on site. Weather looks great the weather back home in Virginia has been wet & dreary but not too cold. I wish I was in the keys. I was surprised the park was not full? Maybe you will see it fill up after Christmas & snowbirds start to arrive.
It was still a little early in the season. Plus with Covid going on I am sure they were a little slower this year.
Sounds like they take great care of the campground and it shows. Can’t wait till we get a chance to camp down there.
They really do keep up with the campground. We love going there every year.
We love Sunshine Key RV Resort. We were there last year at site #331. Looks quiet this year compared to last.

Wow! The drive going out there is Amazing! I love the sites, boy I could just chillax there! Look at all the empty camp sites :-) adventures await! I could really just soak that place in! Such a blessed life

Loved your tour. Thank you! New subscriber here from Maine. We will be heading down to this RV Park in mid April. Good to hear they have a farmer's market, will def. give that a try. After a long Maine winter (10 degrees this morning), we paid the extra to book a beach site. A bit of a large splurge....our trip last year to this place for the first time was canceled due to COVID...making up for it this year. We have stayed at Curry Hammock State Park, Marathon Key, a few times. Beautiful. Safe travels to you. Thanks again for the information and great tour.

What a beautiful campground i love how you can go out so far and its shallow great for my kiddos. That place is my style of camping. Feel like the sun would really warm our camper up on those hot days. Ill take water front.

Although we would love to visit Wisonsin, I think during a warmer time of year would be best for us! Hope you can make it to the 🌴 Keys one day, it's beautiful and yes, those 🐟 are pretty freaky!

The sites right up to the water would be wonderful. We could put our back deck down and enjoy the sounds and breeze. The manatee's are an awesome sight there. There is usually at least 3 of them in the marina.

I don't belong to Thousand Trails, but I was thinking of joining and get the camping pass and the Encore resorts because we're planning to visit Florida from our home in California and the membership will probably save us money. Do you happen to know how full these campgrounds get in October?
Florida campgrounds are not too busy yet in October. After Thanksgiving it gets hard to get in. We really like using the TT network. They are not the "best" campgrounds but for what we use them for you cant beat it. If you are interested in a membership we have a specialist that we use. They are not pushy so they willl help you get the right membership for you. If you have any other questions you can email us we will be more than happy to answer them for you

How hard was it to use your Encore membership to get a reservation? And did you get to stay on it as long as wanted?
Early winter it really isnt that hard to get in. We were only able to stay 14 days with our membership
Do you have to be a member of Thousand Trails to stay at this park?
No. Actually they only have a couple spots reserved for 1000 trails
