I’m a landlord and I’ve always used standard gas water heaters in my home and rentals. 5 years ago, I had a Rinnai RL94 installed in my personal home and it’s great. At that time, my boys lived at home and if they showered before my wife and I - we had no hot water left! I’m very curious about the circ and tank you are mentioning. Does this reduce the cold water waste when calling for hot water from a fixture some distance away from the heater?
