Barbara Leszczynski, nothing says "I'm an old fart in denial about my age and trying to pretend I'm still young" than stating your age as
"70 years young". Saying your age as "X years old" doesn't mean you're old, or that the recipient thinks you think of yourself as old. Think about it. "Teacher, today is my birthday and I'm 8 years old!" The teacher doesn't ever think the kid thinks he's _old._ So please, drop that phrase because it actually has the opposite effect from what you think it does.

Well michael jackson was the king of pop (popular) but lionel richie was the king of CROSSOVER his music after his 1970s group days is what got him rich and known to a whole New white POPular new fan base which in turn got him and michael jackson paid alot of money. So in turn everybody wanted to get in on it, remember jeffery Osbourn left LTD? Cameo downsized their group, bands were breaking up. Hip Hop was slowly creepin in...it was the 80s! and the a lot of music in the 80s was terrible!

Stares, eye-rolls, head shakes, you name it. Everyone is so into everyone elses lives instead of their own. As soon as you hear it, you want to dance or move something. People have so much fun back then. The music got you moving and people felt so free in the 70s. I'm an 80s baby of course, so I am sure it was the same in the 80s too. I wish we had this America back

I was born in 1990 and remember My momma used to make us spend our Saturday and Sundays outside with the neighborhood kids. We weren't allowed to lounge around on the weekends and watch TV all day. Our regimen on the weekend was
    1) wake up
    2) clean up
    3) shower and eat
    4) take our asses outside lol
