- Cory Aldridge played 18 years of professional baseball with the Braves, Angels, Mets, Royals, and a few international teams as well. He grew up in Abilene, Texas, played baseball at Cooper High School, was drafted in 1997 to the Atlanta Braves and officially retired in 2015. I had the pleasure of sitting down with him for this interview. Cory's baseball journey is incredible, interesting, and a testament to an athlete's perseverance to chase their dreams. Cory is a hitting instructor for Texas Twelve in the Houston, Texas area. He teaches baseball and life skills in his hitting lessons. Thanks for watching! Enjoy.

Great story from Corey Aldridge I'm from Abilene TX never heard about this guy til last week. Enjoyed his story. Lots of people come out Abilene knowing there's a big world out here. Maybe his story can inspire people to become whatever they want it to be in life👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿 even if they understand the gifts their given at a young age.
