Hi sir Vanjo and kuya Bet!! Nurse po ako dito sa Qatar.. Dahil hndi normally nabibiili dito ang pork (needs to have license to buy) ang ginagamit ko sa bicol express ko is beef. Ayun buti nakukuha ko naman yun lasa kahit hndi pork ang gamit ko. Hehe. God bless!

Reggie Cordial sure...I get a lot of requests from family and friends...especially for parties...👍👍👍 couldn’t find you on fb ...didn’t know which one you were...but I pressure cook the oxtail for 35 mins...(optional ang tripe kasi some members may gout😁)...I blanche the veggies half way...and finish cooking it off with the Kare-Kare...meat and sauce...👍 hope this helps...God bless...!
