Love these girls and they are always charming. This song, however was a little too much for them. They left out one verse and it’s a good thing because I don’t think they could have made it. To be fair, though, when Lynn Anderson did it, she was given guitar breaks in the middle of the verses so she could breathe properly. Plus, I know the girls probably had to learn the song in a hurry and with such a wordy song, weren’t able to rehearse sufficiently to learn proper breathing technique for it. They’re still lovely and talented though. Just not the right song for them.
