Surprised no one in the comments seems to have pointed out yet that there is a super reasonable explanation that doesn't involve cheating; dad is infertile and they used sperm donors for all three kids. Given that all three siblings have different bio dads and from what the man said, they haven't confirmed even one as being biologically related to their father, I find it pretty likely.
Yo the fact that this family isn't telling each other this stuff is crazy. Theres more to their family dynamic.
