@@JohnDoe-gt3jr LeBron used his projectiles as a way to end combos or to help him get in like how a Bruiser would. Morty seems to be more of a “shoot at them from a distance” type, like other Mages.
A bruiser with major zoning (mage) capabilities, he's like a lebron with less kill confirms but FAR better recoveries
For a Bruiser, Morty seems very Mage like with the amount of projectiles and long range attacks he has.
Plus we already have way too many bruisers and could use another mage

If you do the first two jabs for Morty, then side tilt, Morty will use this energy whip instead. It has a sweet spot that flings you to the opponent
So that's how it's done... I knew about it but couldn't figure out what triggered it.

i already found a little "exploit" with morty. if u use neutral(air) right before u touch the ground, then u use neutral (ground) it lets u shoot two shots at essentially the same time which is free damage.
I haven't played much of MultiVersus yet for the sole reason that I own a Nintendo Switch and they haven't released it for the Swich....... yet, it would be dumb for them to not do that.
When I do play it though, I am going to try and main Morty first.
I don't get how he falls into the bruiser category, considering that he appears to be range-based, wouldn't that make him a mage (zoner in Smash terms)?
Maybe he's a character that has projectiles, but his physical melee attacks are his bread and butter?
All I know is that he looks fun as hell to play, and I'm a sucker for cartoony characters and fighting games, that's why I main Banjo and Kazooie in Smash
