Full-colour Flash storyboard for the song 'When You're Evil' by Voltaire.
I've been working on this since finishing the rough pencilled version a few months ago. To keep it as close to my original ideas as possible, I made Flash versions of all 170+ images from the original storyboard.
Some changes were inevitable. Note, for example, how Beelzebub is now a giant scarlet rabbit.

I second third and fourth this. He was a great villain in that one Grim Adventures, I daresay he'd make a memorable Disney one.

Oh god this is marvellous! I don't even know how to put it into words... the colours, the motion that is implied, the transitions between scenes... it's amazing! I'd watch the hell out of a full animation of this.

This was my first exposure to Aurelio Voltaire, then I discovered his stop-motion animations (Demiurge Emesis is my fave). Now I'm going through his 'Gothic Homemaking' CZcams series. This guy is so cool.

Very nice. You really have the right mindset to make animated music videos, most of which are, like this, quick, colorful, and always interesting. It flowed very nice from scene to scene and you did great with the colors.

I'm assuming she's going to make an animation based around When You're Evil, because it's such a great song and argueably Voltaire's most renowned.
The second Cohen does make this animation she will steal all the attention from yours to hers.
Your animation is still worth watching though. A lot of effort was put in to this.

Reminds me I had some real bullshit with my karma in fallout new Vegas ceaser character where you kill everyone you see exept the legion or legoin quest required npc and had very good karma intill level 30 which I then gained neutral. Dosnt fucking help that my game freaked the fuck out and said to itself. "Hmm how can I fuck myself up today? Oh I know ill just make the player be attack on sight by the legion plus ruining his build". I may be a little salty about Bethesda's unfinished game but ehh fallout new Vegas was rushed and It turned out pretty darn well If I do say so myself.

This is really good! The style is very clean and colorful and the motions are easy to read and just the story itself well-executed!
This is a really nice mv to go with the song, the the story is just so EVIL!! I just wish the animation is more fluid, but that's just the style of the video, and I absolutely adore the story.
