A few years ago I built a grow light for my fruit trees for when I bring them inside during the winter months. Since they are down in the basement, I tend to forget that they need to be watered so I decided to give them the ability to email me when they want a drink. This project is built around a Particle Photon and a cheap moisture sensor.
