I want this new series to take place in the original Ben 10 universe. I don't want a reboot.
Honestly, I'm fine with either continuity being used, the reboot changed its tone drastically after season 3 and got a lot more interesting, and there's a bunch of loose plot points yet to be discussed.

I honestly don’t mind a live action series if it’s in the OG series continuity and the CGI is decent and has good writing and story telling like maybe one of the writers for the Boys comes aboard and it’s a slightly mature adult oriented Ben 10 show but still captures the spirit of the OG series, but I do prefer it to be animated if I had to choose.
The reboot sucks, so either continue Ben prime story, maybe with a Ben 10,000 series or just leave the franchise alone... Don't ruin my childhood

It's not that they don't want to look backwards. It's that cartoon network and every other entertainment company only cares about money. They want the shows to be made fast. They don't care about the story anymore. Only about comedy and that's what makes them more money.

Can't wait to see what they are going to do in the future for the TV series, What I would like to see in the new series takes place in the Original Ben 10 Unnerves also the grown up version of Ben 10,000 again as the main character and not always the younger version also it would be great that Ben 10, Generator Rex and The Secret Saturday's would be in the same Universe and like a crossover Episode or something, But I can't wait for what the creators of the show will give us.

@@Darkest525 Also Ben 10 definitely based on premise alone sounds like something out of Japan especially nowadays with manga’s like Chainsaw man, Devil man Crybaby, Kaiju no.8, Dandadan even. If we can get some kind of collaboration like they did for the Yasuke anime or even some kind of reinterpretation of a Japanese Ben 10 that would be peak!

Too bad western sentiment towards animation is lagging so behind that they’re not even willing to cultivate it into a a potential financial juggernaut like in Japan, South Korea and even China (nowadays). I may be a bit too optimistic on this...but actually Mr.Duncan **did not** deny about the discussion of a new ben 10 series....and said that there is a "strong desire" from both the fans and man of action...so yeah I see that as a ray of hope..
He also said back in 2021 that there’ll be an announcement from Cartoon Network at the start of 2022 but the WB discovery merger must have set things back. There is deffo a project going on

Since "And Then There Were None" episode from Omniverse I wished there was a show about any of Ben's alternative versions. Also after the end of Omniverse I was expecting (the most normal thing or I atleast thats what I was thinking when I was 7) them to continue the omniverse timeline with a Ben 10k or Ken 10 series (obviously both are technically the same, but if the series was called Ben10k the focus trough the series would be on Ben's older version and if it was called "Ken 10" the focus would've been on his son).
