Taylor’s chill but youtubers on Omegle will straight up shitttt on everyone they connect with coerce sensitive information out of them (unknowingly being recorded) and use the footage in videos without ever informing them. It’s messed up. Taylor doesn’t do that crap and I respect her for it

Andrew Roberts I’m sure it’s in Omegle terms of service or something that they agree to, that they might be recorded. I mean, Taylor could give them a heads up but it’s impossible to do that sometimes. I guess it’s a risk you take with Omegle.

@@Healthydistrust I read your comment. I was noting that Taylor doesn't always have consent from the people she features in her videos. A slightly different point to yours. She may not coerce participants into unwittingly disclosing personal information but featuring people who do not know they will be posted on a video with thousands of views is still ethically questionable. Especially if the participants are being subtly poked fun of or cast in a slightly negative light (which sometimes happens in these videos). I agree with the original poster that Taylor is sometimes rude to the people featured in her videos. Take the first person who appears in this one.
