I think you'd tolerate Ghost (Basically satanic Abba) or Opeth (their acoustic stuff is less scary yet darker somehow) Zeal and Ardor is fire too. It's like Black metal meets Gospel (according to the creator)
@@Vericide you won't ever even try to like black metal if you start by saying it's "basically noise". People that say this are just "basically immature" and can't understand music that they don't listen to
Woah my favourite band was first 💗 Yes, that's almost true, I think that most of today's music is dumb, but there are few new songs that are absolutely amazing 💜 (Still, most of songs I like are ones that are pretty old.) For example, I recommend Lux Aeterna, Get Up Kid, Imagine Dragons' songs, Bisz (Polish musician), Mela Koteluk's songs, Błażej Król's songs, Hypnotized by Purple Disco Machine, okay that's all I can remember at the moment XD Have a nice day 🌈
I don't really like the Beatles (some songs are good), but I still think that today's popular music sucks. I can't listen to Imagine Dragons at all, I feel sick from so much unoriginality and conventional cliché. Each of their songs is like through a photocopier, the same formula over and over. Summoning, Atrium Carceri, Arcana, Boards of Canada, Kryptic Minds or Dälek, I can listen to it for days.
Kinda late to the party: 17, found them out because of a girl some weeks ago, listened to The Poison and they went straight to the top, absolutely love their style
The LP one hurt my heart. I’m also surprised Journey wasn’t on this list. They’re such an awesome band. Also Motley Crue. I’ve listened to almost all the bands mentioned during my Junior high into high school years. The 90’s-2000’s were such an epic time for rock/punk rock and metal 👍🤘
@@olasimangrantadrianem.2489 They weren’t bad. They had some pretty good hits, but they didn’t take off like the other bands. Which is kinda sad, but there were too many Alt Rock bands that had the same feel as Vertical Horizon
I'll admit it, that Linkin Park one stung my eyes a bit. God I wish we could've prevented it, that there was something to be done. If you're feeling any kind of way just remember that Chester didn't think he'd be missed, and he is. It's easy to look at things fatalistically when they first happen or when it's fresh in the mind. If you're ever feeling like doing something to yourself, remember that time gives everything perspective, what hurts you now may not hurt later, life is full of experiences both positive and negative. Give yourself some time, you don't have to try to fix everything by yourself. Stay as strong as you can be and never be afraid to lean on someone in tough times, even some internet person. Getting help when you need it is the most important thing when it comes to dealing with overwhelming depression. I've been in that boat plenty of times in my life and I can tell you from experience, I'm glad the paramedics got there, I'm glad my attempt failed, I'm glad I stuck it out. Because after it was all said and done, I found someone who I can trust and rely on through anything, something I didn't have growing up, so give yourself more time to find your footing.

Because if someone can relate to lyrics of LP's songs (worse if on multiple occasions) then I'm also would say sorry for what those people gone through.
It was 'Numb' for me

Not bad. Of the bands you listed, my favorite is probably Motorhead. And yes, I'm a heavy drinker.
Although my favorite band (and also my second favorite) isn't here, I'm a huge fan of half of these bands and they're all very accurate.
The fact that a video with a ton of comedic value still has a dark, sad tone surrounding Chester, just goes to show how much his death really truly impacted the world

Every year that goes by, I miss Chester Bennington more and more. Linkin Park was a big part of my childhood, and to this day they still remain as one of my top favorite bands.
Leave Out All The Rest hits so much harder than before. RIP Chester Bennington. ❤🕊️
yes
Chester will always be revealed as a kind caring talent person miss you every day Chester
rip Chester he was good
Turns out when you're depressed all of LP songs hit way harder...
Shadow Of The Day hits harder for me. I love Linkin Park but I think I've gotten over the grief of Chester. Sure, what happened was sad, but we should still enjoy his music without thinking about that. It's what he would have wanted...
"KISS: You're a dad"
Actually, my dad is one of the people who's under the impression that their name stood for "Knights In Satan's Service" and believes that they thought they were more powerful than the devil, so...
...yeah. I kinda introduced myself to KISS music. :|
pls my when i played "sure know something" mv on our tv, the first thing my dad said was "they look anti-christ" just because of the make-up the band wore💀
My mom thought AC/DC stood for "Anti-Christ/Devil's Child"
KISS are just boomer juggalos
You had no choice
Uhm, hate to tell ya but it did. Only it was "Kids in Satan's Service" Everyone who grew up on them knew that. That's probably what made them seem even cooler, it was like "Ooo they worship the Devil"
Thank you for including Nirvana on the video ( my favorite band ever )
nirvana was my first ever band ever and nirvana will always be my fav band in my heart no matter how many times i get bored of it but i love courtney love so uh
As someone who's favorite bands are Metallica and Megadeth. I can confirm that you have to split the difference and be a mediocre guitar player.
They're my favorite bands too so I can double confirm. My family thinks I'm Dave Mustaine though.
James Hetfield is 10000 times better guitar player than Dave Mustaine.
@@thetruthisoutthere5173 I agree. Hetfield is my favorite player
I like Metallica, but I don't own a guitar. I do suck at the guitar tho, so hey, that's halfway there.

As a slipknot fan, i can say that black metal is a lil too heavy for me, i tried listening to it once and was terrified😭
update, I tried getting into black metal, death metal, etc once again and Im a fan now!!
Haha, Slipknot
I think you'd tolerate Ghost (Basically satanic Abba) or Opeth (their acoustic stuff is less scary yet darker somehow)
Zeal and Ardor is fire too.
It's like Black metal meets Gospel (according to the creator)

Woah my favourite band was first 💗 Yes, that's almost true, I think that most of today's music is dumb, but there are few new songs that are absolutely amazing 💜 (Still, most of songs I like are ones that are pretty old.) For example, I recommend Lux Aeterna, Get Up Kid, Imagine Dragons' songs, Bisz (Polish musician), Mela Koteluk's songs, Błażej Król's songs, Hypnotized by Purple Disco Machine, okay that's all I can remember at the moment XD Have a nice day 🌈
I love the Beatles and some music today is good. Some sucks though 😂
Three Days Grace: You like to start a riot😂
Shinedown: You like the flower called Amaryllis
Radiohead: You’re depressed
The Cure: You’re _really_ depressed
😂

The LP one hurt my heart. I’m also surprised Journey wasn’t on this list. They’re such an awesome band. Also Motley Crue. I’ve listened to almost all the bands mentioned during my Junior high into high school years. The 90’s-2000’s were such an epic time for rock/punk rock and metal 👍🤘

@@Q_N- yeah, too bad I actually preferred it the most :((((
I'll admit it, that Linkin Park one stung my eyes a bit.
This really helped. You must be so kind person irl. Wish you the best buddy
