  • The plaintiff says she and defendant have been friends since high school, so she can’t believe they’re in court. She claims her ex-friend had her car towed and junked over a parking ticket dispute, so she’s suing. The defendant says she helped her friend by registering and insuring the car in her own name, but then the plaintiff ran up a bunch of tickets. She’s countersuing for insurance costs, tickets, and defamation.

I agree. Those r the tears of someone whos been holding them in for a while. I cld tell they were coming just by the facial expressions she was making. Shes really hurt and its clear she sold the car and sold it for what she did out of hurt, anger, and frustration. I really despise ppl like the plaintiff who use their children as pawns. Theyre not only hurting the adult, but therye TRULY hurting the child, who deserves and needs as many ppl in their corner that loves and supports them as possible. Plaintiff is a disgrace.

Yeh. I once posted something nasty my ex-wife did to me (and our kids). Our son told me, "You shouldn't bash people on Facebook;" so, I took it down. Still mad, though, that's she'd turn off the heater in the middle of the night (she paid utilities, I paid all rest) so she'd have more $ to spend on her broke boyfriend. Never mind that your 'husband,' the supporter of you & your children, & your children, wake up freezing in the middle of the night! Oh, & she wouldn't even go to the store to buy me aspirin when I was sick!

Cause there looking for validation from other to say oh that’s not your fault your a good person she’s evil you’ll win the case. Stuff like that they want other to comment and validate them. Why I don’t really use any social media I like you tube and Facebook I have just too keep up with my family members but I hardly use it.
