    Planes Featured:
    1. E-flite Apprentice STS 1.5m (www.horizonhobby.com/search?q.... The E-flite® Apprentice® STS 1.5m is based on one of the very best platforms ever designed for learning to fly radio controlled (RC) airplanes-the legendary Apprentice S 15e. That model's large size made it an ideal choice for better visibility and the ability to handle more wind while learning to fly at an RC club flying field, and its inherently stable design plus exclusive SAFE® (Sensor Assisted Flight Envelope) technology made it easy to fly successfully-especially with the help of an instructor. The Apprentice STS 1.5m is a modern-day evolution of the world's favorite club trainer that includes all the same great features while adding Smart components including an ESC, battery and charger (battery and charger sold separately for the BNF® Basic version), along with the option to add SAFE Plus® GPS-enabled technology and the all-new Landing Assist Sensor (LAS), to make learning to fly easier-and more fun-than ever before!
    2. HobbyZone AeroScout S 1.1m (www.horizonhobby.com/search?q.... The HobbyZone® AeroScout™ S makes learning to fly an RC (radio controlled) airplane easier and more fun than ever before! It's the perfect trainer because it's very durable and is equipped with exclusive SAFE® (Sensor Assisted Flight Envelope) technology that helps to prevent overcontrol, loss of orientation and crashes so nearly everyone can learn to fly successfully. It also features Beginner, Intermediate and Experienced flight modes so you can choose the level of stability and control you need at the flip of a switch.

Love the videos always coming out of HH! Y’all always highlight the best features of each plane even though I’m at intermediate pilot I enjoy watching the videos and learning more about the new planes. The Aero Scout is it awesome Trainer as well as a intermediate RC airplane. Thanks Kyle for interesting and informative videos!

I bought an apprentice a while back and sadly I crashed on the third flight. went over some trees and I lost sight. after a couple years I was riding my ATV out in the woods and I decided to stop and sit back for a bit to enjoy the nature. I look up and low and behold, there it is, up in a tree. it was weird because it was so big that i thought it was real 😂

Both planes are super for beinners. Start with the AeroScout and then move onto the Apprentice. @horizon hobby please continue to make wings that attach as easily as in the AeroScout to the fuselage! It is GREAT! Like this more people can buy, STORE, TRANSPORT and fly bigger planes!!! Great system!

I’m a HUGE fan of the Aeroscout. Best trainer I’ve ever flown. Couldn’t recommend it enough. The pusher prop is the key. Also the Aeroscout is super aerobatic.

I bought the F15 jet as an impulse purchase but haven’t really used any flying RCs. Should I pick something like these up to practice first?

i bought an aeroscout for my first plane and it is AWESOME!!!! my first flight i was so nervous but between the people at the club i joined and my instructor i didn't even have to use SAFE...they walked me through.....they made fun of me after my instructor took off and had some fun with a plane he never knew.....they made fun of me because of my shaky hands lol....but by the end of the day they were giving me a stand O for taking off and landing...and this was without SAFE!!!!!!!! But i also did my research like i did when i started with RC Cars...the more you research and understand what you are getting into the better off you are.....RESEARCH IS KEY!!!!!!!!

What's been your average flight time on the new apprentice? I'm torn between the new apprentice here and the Carbon Cub. Seems like the carbon Cub is a better value at $50 less and cub comes with the GPS at a $50.value. am I missing something here as to why someone would buy the apprentice over the cub?

I purchased this Aprendecis plane but I bound it with my spectrum DX6 but the Asx and safe Italy on all the time. I don’t find any video that teach how to program a switch. Any idea?

And I also was told that my older spectrum remotes that I have. Will not work with self or the AX3s? Like I said I am still new to this I was so new that I started buying A remote every time I bought another plane. And now some of my stuff is outdated because this hobby if you have something a year old it's almost outdated. But I would like to try to contact someone and see what's my best options

G'day, I am looking to get into RC planes, I currently fly FPV drones but I would like to be able to fly planes also, what BNF drones would you recommend for FRSKY transmitters? Or would it be best to look for a PNP plane?
