- Once USCIS approves your I-797, they will send your case to the National Visa Center (NVC) for processing. At NVC, we will create your visa case and enter the data from your petition into the system.

rahul marwaha Its going to be many years. My parents did F2B for my sister that lives in Colombia and it took 5 years for them to start the steps.

@@zoya2585 the steps started in May 2020. We finished all the steps and paid all the fees. Got an email in August that everything is complete and that she just have to wait for embassy interview. It’s now December and she is still waiting for interview. Hopefully they will give it to her soon.

Hola si me pudiera contestar se lo agradecería soy ciudadana en abril va ser dos años que le metí aplicaciones a mis hijos en Guatemala a sido tan largo el proceso y uno de ellos fue aprobado primero se llenó el formulario y pague todo y después pidieron algo más que faltaba y ya lo mande en enero y todavía no ven el caso y mi otro hijo también pague y mande todo el 7 de enero 2020 y cheque el caso en línea y aparece como si no se u viera echo nada

Esque apenas en noviembre nos aprobo uscis estamos en espera de la notificacion de nvc y estoy desesperada muchos dicen que a los 3 meses

well this was a waste all the questions have it's answers on the website nothing literally nothing new was asked is this guy a lawyer?if you are i feel sorry for your clients all these answers are on the website ask other questions like why tf is my case not entered yet even tho it says on their website they are working on cases 8 days after my case arrival date ask those types of questios
