The young and unmarried should save (and invest) as much money as they can, therefore they can work as few hours as possible so they can be home as much as possible. Young men should learn to be as "handy" and "DIY' as they can...therefore you don't have to earn more money to be able to pay someone every time you need something done.
The problem in today’s world is really 2 fold. 1) The US Dollar is rapidly losing its standing in the World as the World’s Reserve Currency. So right now the middle class is be annihilated by inflation and soon you will be using your dollars as toilet paper. 2) Most jobs today do not have pensions anymore. So unless you are able to pack away $1 million or more you won’t be retiring at current levels of interest rates unless you live in a trailer in a cheap state. The financial system is rapidly changing that explains why so many things are happening that we all perceive to be crazy. It’s all because of a major power struggle on the future financial system. Remember all wars are Central Bankers Wars Period!!! Every War this country has ever fought was a lie with the exception of the Revolutionary War because behind all of it was the Central Banks using these “Wars” to acquire more power and control. Pretty much everything we have ever been taught about our history with a few exceptions is a lie. Don’t believe me it’s because you still watch and believe mainstream news which is 95% non stop propaganda.
One thing about what the gentleman said at around 8:40: Traditionally, artists were actually considered part of the craftsmen class, not aristocratic. The word "art" just means craft. However, aristocrats valued them highly and learned some of those skills recreationally, as well as employed the best of them by paying them salaries that allowed the artists creative time and energy. The aristocrats didn't base their livelihoods on art or music , or get to the same level of skill as the actual craftsmen. Art requires you to basically grind and practice an insane amount to get really good and proficient, especially with the sheer volume that was demanded before the invention of recorded music. It's like learning a trade. I just think this is an interesting point, because traditionally high level artists and aristocrats kind of intersect in the same world, even though artists are basically intellectual tradesmen.

The problem is in this communist country that the USA has become, you can’t have anything unless you work 3 jobs if you have a family. Or you have to be living in the welfare lap of luxury. Even as a single man i can barely get by working 40 hours. I guess it’s a blessing I’m too old to meet a woman! You can’t afford children unless you’re a multimillionaire
That's a weird take. My husband was and is nowhere near a multimillionaire, and we have 4 kids.

I agree with Laura. No doubt shrewdness and sacrifice is required, some discomfort for sure. Maybe moving to a cheaper place is warranted sometimes.
All comes down to: what do you actually need and want, and not what you're told you need and want.
