All people talk about German healthcare system, that it is free etc. But remember if you have illness which is not emergency case, you have to take a appointment and for which waiting time is considerably high, like in months.
And if you get or have a job in a good company is India, you will get all healthcare free..

Benefit in India is that you can choose your doctor and hospital and still pay via medicare, that too no waiting! And all that talk about sickness - working people don't generally fall sick that much. It's not like you're sick once each year, but in Germany they take away a huuuuge part of salary for this!

The salaries are in the range of $120K plus at a Retail setting and all you do is read the Rx and fill the medicines follow the insurance guide lines.l Sad to say that the guy had a very poor communication skills, not good etiquettea, bad grooming and i can say that I had far better knowledge on basics of Pharmacy than him.

That is not how the tax system in Germany works. With the progressive tax system here, you only pay your highest percentage on the portion of income that exceeds the minimum threshold. So if you make 60k, you're only paying 42% taxes on a small portion of your salary. Don't believe everything you see on the internet...
