The fact SKZ family became so ingrained into their daily interactions is kind of hilarious. Han seems to be simultaneously dating Lee Know and married to Hyunjin depending what they're doing, whilst Lee Know and Seungmin are continually on and off as the 'divorced'/gagwanz couple, and I.N is always ready to spontaneously become Grandma. It's such an inside joke it pops up on almost every show they do.
It only took a couple of videos and now they reference it everywhere 😂. That's so funny!

The best thing about the family skit is that Han calling Minho baby wasn't scripted at all. It was a slip of the tongue because Han and Lee Know call each other baby/honey all the time in real life. Its why no one really reacted until Han made a big deal out of it lol

15:51 When the producers catch Lee Know cheating -- this is a good moment to keep in mind, basically forever. Han is a smart competitor and an excellent thief, pickpocket, and liar. Felix is surprisingly sneaky, good at diversion, and has an unexpected competitive streak that the others forget about because they're busy cooing at him. Chan will often just let them win, but if it's something that triggers his own competitive streak, he'll go until he collapses. Seungmin, Hyunjin, Chan, Felix, and Changbin were all athletes and often compete like such. I.N gets passes on virtually every competition because his maknae privilege level is ridiculous; he'll blatantly fail something, and even the captions will be like "Eh, he wins anyway because he's CUTE."
Otoh, Lee Know? Quite often, he can't be bothered. He is 100% cat about stuff that doesn't interest him, and he won't exert himself if he doesn't have to. Like, I've literally seen running scenes in MVs where even the crew is like "Lee Know-ssi, could you maybe run enough to keep up with the rest of the group? Thanks." But when he wants to be, boy is fast af -- which we've seen when he ran like a hurdle-jumping track star because it meant he got to troll three people. And he's waaaaay stronger than people notice. Somehow 99% of the fandom doesn't grasp that he's the most naturally muscular, big member in the entire group; the man is an absolute unit. When it comes to strength competitions, at least for legs and core, and he's interested, no one can beat him.
But games, like just non-physical competitions? He's not interested in wasting his time on arbitrary rules for pointless games. So he will basically ALWAYS straight-up cheat, find a workaround, or exploit loopholes ("If you didn't forbid this specific thing in the rules just because you didn't think anyone would try it, then it's not against the rules" is his MO). The fun for him seems to be about seeing if he'll get caught. Watching Lee Know either cheat or try to get around the rules is one of the funnest things about SKZ games.
Lee Know is the Mew Suppasit of idol game play.
You’re so right, he always finds ways around the rules when he tries at all. It’s hilarious to watch.
Don’t forget he has black belts in both Taekwondo and Hapkido and just never talks about it, as with everything else.
@@jayltee Yup, and a third one in Teukgong Musul. Yet somehow everyone falls for his "I'm a weak, tiny kitty" spiel. Man likes to play things close to the chest, and virtually everyone just straight-up forgets that he's basically a lifelong athlete.

@@jayltee Yup, that one is a style used by special forces and bodyguards, so it often gets translated as (and then called by the fandom as) "bodyguard martial arts" and the like, I assume because they figure the official name wouldn't be readily recognizable for a lot of western audiences.
Right?! Watching Lee Know try to weasel his way through game loopholes is a highlight of any SKZ competition, especially when he wears that sh1t-eating smirk as he waits to see if anyone calls him on what he's doing. 😆

I'm sure someone has already told you about how jisung calling minho jagi was unscripted but i also wanted to mention that this was during a period where the entire 00 line had finally gotten over their phase (started in late 2020) of calling each other baby (in english) nonstop and had started all calling each other jagiya. felix and seungmin have since mostly stopped but jisung, hyunjin and minho (thee jagi line) are still having a blast with it (the september line hasn't stopped with the occasional 'baby' thing tho)😭

I think Chan just has so much responsibility as the oldest and the leader that he enjoyed every second of this, not having any responsibilities except to just be there and be a kid. lol

18:14 is also a bit of info to keep in mind. Nobody wants their ears to get assaulted with the sound of a popping balloon, of course. But Hyunjin is highly sensitive to a lot of noise and activity (it's gotten noticeably more pronounced over the years). Chan has extremely sensitive hearing, sometimes to the point of pain. And Lee Know hates being startled and is scared of balloons/popping balloons (that one gets questioned sometimes, or dismissed as him just not liking the loud sound or the startle factor, but they flat-out mentioned it among themselves during an interview game even within the last few months; we all know heights are his biggest enemy, and no one questions that, but he does indeed also have some degree of globophobia).
And 18:17? With enough content, you will start to notice that it's not at all uncommon to see Han fall like that. I don't know if you've seen enough yet to witness this yourself or see all the fandom teasing about his anime girl legs, but he's distinctly pigeon-toed (based on visual evidence, it seems to be specifically femoral anteversion, meaning it starts at the top of his legs and affects all the way down). As is common with that trait, his balance is affected and he often seems humorously clumsy. He trips or falls over more than the rest of them combined.
24:50 is an inside joke. "Dumpling" is a nickname for Hyunjin and is also the identifying emoji usually used for him because no one's come up with a widely available ferret emoji yet.
The references in both eps to I.N being on insta and Felix on tiktok are legit. Everyone understands that SKZ's ig account is really I.N's and he just lets the others use it occasionally (his number of posts compared to others' is hilarious). And Felix is a tiktok king.
27:41 The "Dekira Divorce Counseling" is a reference to the DeKiRa radio cast that Seungmin and Lee Know co-hosted for ages and thus had to spend that day every single week working together without intervention.
30:18 "Your uncle used to be a great rapper" is another inside joke. Seungmin (like the rest of SKZ) actually can rap well and has filled in for Han and Hyunjin on stage. But a joking comment during an interview got believed by fans who didn't know better, who then spread it to incoming fans, and now a large chunk of newer people legitimately believe that Seungmin auditioned as a rapper. (He did not. I've personally watched his multi-part audition content. Yes, he did rap, along with dancing and singing, but he auditioned on vocals; the rest was the usual "throw trainees into a clump and make them do stages with all three performance components" thing.) Anyway, he continues to joke about his intention to take over the rap world once he loses the braces, which just feeds this misconception held by some newer people and people who have trouble discerning jokes. (Fwiw, I actually do think he wants to work on his rapping more, simply because he's that kind of studious overachiever. But he's not intending to become Rapper Minnie.) But anyway, "Seungmin is secretly a high-level underground rapper" is a running joke in SKZ, to the point where a lot of STAYs erroneously think it's true.
33:15 Auntie Lina literally went viral for that bewigged look. People way outside Stayville were swooning all over the internet, and it got so far removed from the source that some legitimately thought he was some gorgeous new female idol. According to him, his styling took the longest (because of the wig), and once the stylists released him to the waiting members, they were all over him and spent forever waxing about poetic about how pretty he was.
34:11 I.N really does use the group insta to upload his personal OOTD shots more days than not. (It's "the day," but a bit got misconstrued there in the English-to-Korean interpretation by Seungmin.)
37:00 This whole song, btw, is "Up All Night" from 2021 by Chan, Binnie, Felix, and Seungmin. I can't remember if you've watched it yet, but it (finally!) got released on the new REPLAY album. If you _haven't_ checked it out yet, make sure you watch the MV when the time comes.

But SKZ actively follow and promote their own ships and have flat-out said they like them and think the shipping brings them closer together. And their editors particularly love to boost Minsung (who quite literally call each other their soulmate) in everything from captions on lives to comments on shorts (meaning both the Korean and Japanese editor teams are in on it) to, y'know, framing a shot like a Dispatch "couple reveal" exposé and overlaying it with smexy music.
You should know that Han ad-libbed the cheating in the first episode, setting off one the most intrinsic, enduring SKZ memes in existence. And the spouse-swapping in the end-scene photos in ep 2 was also entirely the members' spur-of-the-moment idea.
There's too much to possibly comment back on between this comment and your other comment but I do want you to know that I enjoyed reading both of them very much. The Minsung is strong in this one. 😂 You should check out the guide to their laugh. Han’s is the best. Very contagious. If you want another fun show I can recommend Human Idol theater. It’s 2 eps, one after Oddinary and one after Maxident. They are unconnected with their other shows so they can be watched any time. They are hilarious and you can hear the staff laughing in the background.

Hiii ❤️! I hope you are both feeling good ! It's been a while since I didn't comment on your last video, even if I watched it ! I just felt like I didn't have anything to say like beside saying that it was their first time performing 24 to 25 and Christmas Evel I wouldn't have had anything tl say !
You finally got to react to skz family !!! This is clearly one of their best content with skz code (especially the flying yoga, the 2 horror and the 2 in the country side, I watched this at least 5 times if not more there are engraved in me !).
The first episode !
First I just wanted to mention that the first episode was released not many days before or after Woojin left (I don't remember exactly). But that means that we could have had it without him, it's dumb but I would have enjoyed a little bit more without him even if he didn't talk that much. Sorry but it's just that everytime I watch content he is never matching their energy and vibe so it feels weird or even the fact that he was quite against playing the youngest while Chan never complained and was even quite happy to play the youngest. I don't know sorry it's just every time I see this video I think of that.
So they said that Woojin was a bear because his representative animal is, or at least was I don't know now, a bear.
What I really love about this is that Innie (and Han a little bit too) are enjoying a little bit too much the olders role, like the way Innie is using his grandma role to 'beat' Changbin is so funny 😂😭.
Oh and Han mentionned that Chan was swimming. Actually it was a reference to the fact that Chan was a swimmer since a young age, since his parents have a swimming pool business, so Chan even was at some point a swimming teacher to help his parents!
I really love that Han is always calling Hyunjin baby or honey or like this kind of couple names. And since then I almost never heard Han refer to Hyunjin by his name but always with pet names 😂😂.
When they were waiting for Hyunjin they said "show show show", if you don't know it's what the MCs of Show music core say to end the broad cast. Right now the MCs are Minju (Izone), Jungwoo (NCT) and Minho, it's the incredible Woojuho. But at that time Hyunjin was a MC for Show music core that's why they said that (it was with Mina of Twice and I don't remember the third if there was a third).
It's so funny how in both episodes there are so afraid of Minho 😂. Like the way he doesn't even talk but they are afraid.
But with this you finally met Lina, so many stays call him this way. The most thing that I saw about Minho as a woman was a skz anti with Lina as their pp and when they learned that it was a skz member they were so ofended 😂😂😂😭.
So you already know about Seungmin poking the eyes of plushies or like dolls, but fun fact he also did it to Innie or like Hyunjin 😭😭😭.
I'm sorry but when Chan is screaming like he is mad, he is so frightening. Like some People said that he was hot and they want him to scream at them but for me I would be afraid of him.
Oh and lastly you mentionned that everyone covered their ears when Hannie tried to explode the balloon. But actually for Hyunjin it's because he is afraid of loud noises, especially balloons exploding.
The second episode !
So you finally met sassy Felix ! When People don't know that much about Felix they think that like he is an angel on earth (which he is) and he is like so kind. But in reality Felix is often really sassy with the other members and it's always so funny to see !
So when they sang and Changbin rapped, it was the song Up all night (Chan, Changbin, Felix and Seungmin) which is finally on Spotify thanks to SKZ Replay after being out for almost 2 years ! I already mentionned this song once when you did your Halloween special. This song is really special for a reason but I'll explain it once you'll react to it !
There's one scene here that really makes me laugh. It's when Seungmin asks Minho if he is left-handed, now you probably know but he is both. And that's so funny to me because now Seungmin is always the first one to remind the others that he is both but at that time he didn't know. Fun fact it's actually one of the first thing I learned about Minho, I don't know why or how but it is.
I really hope that you'll do the watermelon game ! It would be so funny and I definetly would be there to watch it !
Oh and lastly Seungmin sang Zombie by Day 6, the song I mentionned last time as one of the few Day 6 songs that everyone knows. Seungmin already made like 3 covers of this song ! 😂😂
I wanted to end here but I have to mention how dumb I am ! Like I take notes for the comments because I have literally no memory but I wrote so bad that I couldn't read my notes and I took so much time 😭😭😭😭

The other one is Idol Human Theatre (show by mnet, so I advice you to mask it/put it out on patreon). I don't know if you're already familiar, because I believe both Ateez and Enhypen already did this for some of their comebacks? If you don't know it, I strongly advise you to react to it. Obviously I haven't seen the ones for Enhypen nor Ateez, but I know a little bit about both groups energy and I know how hilarious the ones with SKZ are, so I can imagine the ones for the other groups must be pretty funny as well haha.
What Idol Human Theatre is about: the idol group gets a prompt (mostly related to the theme of their comeback) and every member either makes a character or gets one. They play out the skit, in some way or form they try out and show a part of the new title song choreo. And in between clips of the skit there will be interviews (taken after the skit) with the members (still in their role) with questions about what happened (like The Office/Modern Family sitcoms). also little tidbit about Han calling Lee Know baby in the second video- that was a total accident😂 Han calls Lee Know Baby as a nickname and here it just slipped out so they improved as Skz do (they do love their skits) and him crying out "There is nothing wrong with falling in love" was a line from a k-drama when a married man cheats on his wife and that's how he justified it when his wife found out- Seungmin calling him a "Lee Tae-Oh like bastard" was the character's name iirc

The second video havwe been released fror STAY 3rd birthday as a gift! I would love them to make one more though for sure!!!!! Channie is increadable as a 5 years old! Also Minho looks sooo good with that wig. The song that they sang in the middle of the second video is their's called " up all night" only Chan, Changbin, Felix and Seungmin. I'm not sure if you have watch this yet! Also the couple drama was amazing! Minsung (MInho and Jisung) and Seungjin ( Seungmin and Hyunjin) are two of the main Skz ships.
