I love the furniture, those low tables look amazing, the wood grain pattern is gorgeous. The food looks amazing with such wonderful staff and chefs. Another to add to my bucket list of things to do.

When the husband and wife are high energy and have what it takes to make it through a day and make a relationship like that work, it's a thing of beauty to see! The food and the shop look fantastic! I feel bad for ramen shop owners. Working 16 hour days, 6 days a week for almost minimum wage. I don’t think you go into the ramen business for the money, you do it for the passion. That’s probably true for most of the food service industry all over the world. One time my wife suggested that we leave our cushy 6 figure corporate jobs to open a Japanese restaurant in the US. I was like, are you crazy? Do you want to double your hours and half your pay?

もやし市販の小さい袋なの？デカ盛りの店じゃなくてもラーメン屋は八百屋から3キロくらい入ったデカい袋で仕入れるもんだけど。大きい方が安いだろうし😅
