  • Feb. 15, 2020 Starting off at Memorial Point is where I captured my first night time lapse, then when the sun came up I went for an awesome run from the Tunnel Creek Trail head to Sand Harbor and back approximately 6 easy and beautiful miles. Get out there. So much to do and see the possibilities are almost endless.

Dogs are not allowed in sand harbor but you can take them on the trail I would recommend leaving the dogs home for this one pack up everything you need hike the trail and spend some time at Sand Harbor it’s a beautiful way to spend the day

It’s a crowded trail, I biked it today. Would not be especially safe unless you have your dog on a very short leash on your right side, right next to you.

Is the trail stroller/wagon friendly? Thanks

Absolutely! just keep an eye on the weather because it can get hot out there and there’s portions of the trail with limited to no shade I’d even consider stashing a small cooler in the stroller if you could, be nice to have some ice I hope you have a great time and safe travels

"Of couse, the trail's completly ADA compliant , . . ." " But you need to leave motorized scooters at home, obviously." WTF? You must not mean mobility scooters if it's ADA compliant, so . . . . I will report back when I take my old geezer scooter on the trai; (it has a 19 mile rangr). Ed S
