Building the 1969 Mercury Cougar Eliminator: 1/25 Scale Model Kit by AMT

This kit from AMT started with some issues but built up nicely by the end
Great looking V8 and nicely detailed kit overall (minus some fitment problems!)
I used Spray cans for majority of the painting along with brush painting some Tamiya Acrylics.

Good pace on the video.
I have this kit but have not opened it, so I was glad to see inside.
When you trimmed between engine and transmission, I think that may have caused mounting holes problem.

That does sound possible, it did make the whole assembly a bit too "short"
