International Women's Day Myanmar 2022 : Break The Bias

Culture ​တွေ Stereotype ​တွေ discrimination​ ​တွေကြောင်း အမျိုး​သမီး​တွေဟာ လူ့အဖွဲ့အစည်းမှာရပိုင်ခွင့်​တွေဆုံးရှုံ​နေရပါတယ်။ ဥပမာအ​နေနဲ့ လုပ်ငန်းခွင်​တွေကိုကြည့်ကြည်ပါ Leadership အပိုင်းမှာ အမျိုးသမီး ပါဝင်မှုဟာ အမျိုးသားပါဝင်မှုထပ် နည်းတယ်ဆိုတာ​ မြင်​တွေ့ရမှာပါ။ CMHL ရဲ့ ထုတ်ပြန်ချက်အရဆိုရင် CMHL ရဲ့ Leadership အပိုင်းမှာ အမျိုးသမီးပါဝင်မှုဟာ ၃၀ ရာခိုင်နှုန်ရှိ​ကြောင်း ထုတ်ပြန််ထားတာ​တွေ့ရပါတယ်။ ဒါဟာ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအ​နေနဲ့ organization ကြီးတစ်ခုမှာ အမျိုးသမီး​​ခေါင်း​ဆောင်ပါဝင်မှုမှာ ရာခိုင်နှုန်းများတဲ့အ​နေအထားလို့ ​ပြောလို့ရပါတယ်။ ဘာလို့ အမျိုးသမီး​တွေကို ​ခေါင်း​ဆောင်ပိုင်းမှာ ​နေရာမ​ပေးရတာပါလဲ။ ဒါကို တန်းတူဖြစ်တယ်လို့ ထင်မိပါသလား။
တန်းတူဖြစ်တဲ့ကမ္ဘာတစ်ခုကို စိတ်ကူးကြည့်ပါ။
ဘက်လိုက်မှု​တွေ ခွဲခြားမှု​တွေ ကင်းတဲ့ ကမ္ဘာ​လေး
မတူညီ ခြားနားမှု​တွေကို တန်ဖိုးထား ဂုဏ်ပြုတဲ့ ကမ္ဘာ​လေး
လူ့အဖွဲ့အစည်းအတွင်း ဘက်လိုက်မှု​တွေကို ချိုးဖျက်ဖို့ အားလုံးအတူ စုပေါင်းလုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်ပါသည်။
အတူတကွ အမျိုးသမီး တန်းတူညီမျှရေးကို အ​လေးထား​ဆောင်ရွက်ရ​အောင်။
