Im having so much fun testing out the positional play features. They didnt get the positional play right whej it was supposed to be overhauled last year but its so much better now

This match engine is the real deal, hopefully they dont mess with it with patches like they always do and dumb it down

I recognize the improvement in the physics of the ball. But the graphics are still mediocre, I'm just waiting for the new 3D engine in FM25

Played the game this last 24 hours as had some time…….
Match engine looks alot more realistic and smoother!!
However, I was hoping they would eradicate some of the stupid crap from last year, like the bizarre unrealistic transfers , the unrealistic regular high scoring matches and also the ridiculous transfer requests for not signing a new CDM when I have zero budget 😂😂

Still looks like there all sliding about on an ice rink to me, I stopped buying this game in FM13, I hope all the hype about the graphical match engine in FM 2025 is true, of course not Fifa quality, although I have never understood why but I hope somewhere near it, to me I am sitting on a PC which cost me over £2000 and still seeing FM 2024 engine looking like 22 sprites sliding around on a snooker table and if I wanted to play this game without a match engine I might as well by a Microsoft spread sheet.

I'm not sure why everyone is praising the 3D graphics. Have you seen FM10? Can you tell me what differences you see? They look almost identical to me. There's absolutely no innovation.

It does look a LOT different to FM2010. I played that game a long time, skipped everything until FM20 and there is a big difference between the two. FM24 is clearly a continuation of the engine from FM20, with some tweaks to the animations.

@@plexuser4799it’s a football management game!! Where as the manager it’s your role to put together a team..set tactics and then see how it plays out! Not sure what “kinks” your referring to!
I’ve been playing it since 2006..and it’s a great game, but clearly not for everyone!

@@plexuser4799Nothing freaky about it. It's a game catered to managing a team, not playing with it and the idea of you being able to influence through tactics but ultimately, not have the entire control makes it interesting.
It's not that deep. Most here that play this game probably plays the same games you do as well.
Compare it to someone who plays sports thinking chess is dumb.
