Easy Delicious Last Minute Simple Carrot Cake

Cake:
2 cups of flour
1 Tablespoon of baking soda
1Tablespoon of cinnamon
2 cups of sugar
1/4 tsp. of salt
3 large eggs
3/4 cups canola oil
3/4 cups buttermilk
2 tsp. Vanilla extract
1 cup of crushed pineapple (canned)
2 cups of shredded carrots
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup pecan pieces
FROSTING:
12 Tablespoons of unsalted room temp. butter
8 oz. Cream cheese
2 cups powdered sugar
Cool whipp
Pastel:
2 tazas harina
1 cucharada bicabornato
1 cucharada de canela en polvo
2 tazas azucar
1/4 cucharada de sal
3 huevos
3/4 aceite
3/4 buttermilk
2 cucharadas de vainilla
1 taza de piña picada (enlatada)
2 tazas de zanahoria rayada
1 taza de coco rayado
1 taza de nuez
Betún:
3/4 taza mantequilla ( temperatura ambiente)
8 oz. Queso crema
2 tazas azucar glass
Cool whip
