This video was designed for my students where everything is prepared for them. No need to shout. Just post questions if you needed more information. I don't have a recipe. It's underglaze, water, and some dish soap until it makes nice rich bubbles with a good amount of pigment. I used the paper just to demonstrate the technique, but then the students use it on top of a base coat of a contrasting underglaze color. The same technique can be used with acrylic or tempera paint on any sort of paper.
