BOEING 747 vs. BOEING 737 - "Look at me , brother" (4K)

- The small Boeing 737 of Fedex always pointed its nose right at the Boeing 747s which were passing by, as if it was trying to watch every movement of the big brothers. The B737 basicly looked like a planespotter which tried to get a good picture of the Queen of the skies, the Boeing 747. Although the B737 is already a big plane it looks like a small toy plane when you direclty compare it to the Boeing 747.
I filmed three Boeing 747` s of Kalitta within four hours and somehow a Boeing 737 was always involved aswell. Usually you only have approximitly four movements every hour at Liege but somehow I always filmed them moving together. One of the Kalitta 747` s was wearing a hybrid livery cause Kalitta is one of DHL` s main customoers. They usualy connect the DHL hub CVG with LEJ on a daily basis.

You don’t really appreciate the massive size of the 747 until you see it side by side with other aircraft. They must’ve been mind blowingly massive when first introduced to the world with Pan-Am! Great video.

My brother was a DC-8 Captain for Kalitta about 15-20 yrs. ago.....Nice to see all their new 747's.

Passenger version. Cargo airlines will keep using their 747s for years to come. ^.^ I couldn't imagine Cargolux without their 747s.

5:41 Probably one of the best 747 departure videos I've seen. I'm surprised at how nice that hybrid Kalitta/DHL hybrid livery came out. Great work as always!
I was in my 40's before I ever flew on any kind of plane. I flew to Alaska from North Dakota. The first plane I was on was an Embraer 175. I thought it was a big plane. Then from Minneapolis MN, I got on a 747.......holy crap!! What a difference!!!

idk why they use b737s as a joke.737s are still big planes.they are just smaller than 747s but they are very big if you compare them with light aircrafts like cessna-172.even if you compare them with some airliner they are big.

The smaller plane taking off at 8:45. That seems like a particularly steep angle for take off. Why the steep climb immediately?

Is the first Kalitta 747 we see a -100 or -200? The winglets throw me off since they began with the -400. But the hump looks smallish. Maybe it's because most of the windows are filled in.
It's because the 747 freighters have shorter upper decks, this one is a 747-400F
