Ever since the beginning of times, I - Daniel - have been wanting to animate cars flying through the air - Drifting, jumping, falling, crashing, making sparks, noise and havoc - BUT! It is terribly hard without the proper tools.
During this year I had a ton of fun developing a car rig together with ClassyDogFilms [ / classydogfilms ], and this was the first animation I created with this new Blender Car Rig. Since then I have been working on polishing the rig and creating an add-on interface that makes the rig user friendly and even more powerful. All the action you see in this film is made possible - and easy - with the rig.
