When God called me out of a career of 12 years, that I stepped into due to comparison, it was so hard. But when I embraced my calling, the oil has continued to flow in ways I never imagined. Thank you. I divorced my husband because of his addiction and exclusion from his family. I admit I have a hard time being friendly, kind and compassionate because I carry the hurt every time I look at him and all the things he was not, that I thought he should have been. God has been reminding me how precious he is to him. I don’t have to live with him or share life with him, but I don’t have to be unkind, snarky, or cold to him. I can be compassionate, kind and move on and let all of that go.
God bless you, I can relate. My parents are disappointed in my daughter's father and just tell me to treat him as he has treated me in the past. But I just can't do it. The Holy Spirit encourages me to show him that through me, he can know God's compassion and forgiveness. Honestly, this is the most powerful message I have ever heard in my life. Cuffed to Comparison was a beautiful lesson and message; even at age 37 I'm learning so much about myself and how I compare myself to people when I shouldn't. When Pastor Todd ended with the only comparison and standard one should have is with Jesus. That touched my soul, because Jesus was sent to guide and show us the way. The Bible is the book of life. I use to sell drugs 20 years ago and I married a woman who I use to sell drugs too. We had a daughter together and I still was selling. But the lord got back on the right track, but one new year I got introduced to cocaine. It stayed with me over 20 years until a week ago. I started watching Pastor Todd and it started changing my life. I gave my life back to Jesus. I thank you so much Pastor Todd for your the messages that I have been watching on CZcams. Every time when I get lonely I start watching one of your sermons. I thank you so much for your words and the direction that God is showing me. Thank you and God bless you and your family.

After listening to this series, I heard from one of Max Lucado's preaching on Deuteronomy 10:15 that in its Hebrew translation, the love here means hasaq or in other words, binding love. It's like God impressed on me that as we are cuffed to His love, we get uncuffed to comparison, comfort, and convenience. 🌻 “Yet the Lord chose your ancestors as the objects of his love. And he chose you, their descendants, above all nations, as is evident today.” - Deuteronomy 10:15 (NLT)

I compare non stop and I am living in my own hell. I hurt myself so much and rendered myself insignificant. I came to God and therapy to build my foundation on these principles ultimately because I am not only effecting myself but my sweet little boy as well. I don’t know if anyone will see this, but I need prayers for my sister. She’s facing many demons and I’m afraid for her life. I’m the only said Christian in my immediate family, & I try and try to spread the word…every time I do they brush me off. Everyone says “I believe in something just don’t think it’s God.” & I’m hurt.
With every video I feel like the chaotic triflin sinful parts of me weaken. Like I’m going through rounds in a boxing ring. Slowly the good wholeful me is starting to win.

I already know im going to watch this one over and over again. Comparison kept me frozen for so long - too old, too young, too small, not good enough, i dont sound like this, im not like that, its too late, etc. This one hits hard.
This lesson was amazinnnnng, cause nowadays, with instagram and all the social media, I frequently feel like everyone else is doing better than me, and I have to hustle harder! Doing more and more, cause I really compare myself, now I just got some reveal from God! Thank you Transformation Church and Pastor Mike, that the Holy Spirit keep talking with you, Guys! I don’t know how, when or where but I’m going to shake this man’s hand and thank him for the veils he’s lifted and enlightened me on. This hit so close to home, I thank God for the way he speaks through people! I thank God for the Holy Spirit and his power because by Him I am uncuffed from comparison! This gave me the courage and confidence to move forward in the work God is calling me to do.

Thisssssss was absolutely amazing. My mum's been on my back about watching your videos, especially the cuffed season. Like for weeks. And I've been having such a hard time with comparing myself to others for like ever but in the past couple weeks it's been insanely taking over my life. I was laying on the couch and mums like, why don't you watch mike Todd's cuffing season and I'm like finnnneeeee. But I saw cuffed to comparison and BAM, I was like, "that's the one mum" I sat there and everything just hit me in the face. I've deleted Instagram and other socials. That's my first step. It's a massive step for me. Now just to remember and live knowing I'm a daughter if God and he has everything I need. I don't feel I have to chase everything to feel like something. What I have now I can work with and that's my story. This video has helped so much.

Whew.... a brother turned me to this sermon after i was talk about compareing my self to certain other people and the depression it brought me. I had no idea what breakthroughs this was going to bring me far beyond what i was struggling with.
God speaks to me the clearest through you Pastor Michael, your messages have given me more breakthrough than your favourite Pastors have in years. So I’m glad you’re not like them. I praise God for your calling, for the way he speaks through you.
Thank you. I divorced my husband because of his addiction and exclusion from his family. I admit I have a hard time being friendly, kind and compassionate because I carry the hurt every time I look at him and all the things he was not, that I thought he should have been. God has been reminding me how precious he is to him. I don’t have to live with him or share life with him, but I don’t have to be unkind, snarky, or cold to him. I can be compassionate, kind and move on and let all of that go.
God bless you, I can relate. My parents are disappointed in my daughter's father and just tell me to treat him as he has treated me in the past. But I just can't do it. The Holy Spirit encourages me to show him that through me, he can know God's compassion and forgiveness. It's not easy, especially with him having a new partner or him not being present in person, but I aim to show my daughter that we wrestle not against flesh and blood. 🙏GOD BLESS YOU AND I'M PROUD OF YOU SIS!

I compare myself at my job to my other con workers it has always bothered me for obvious reasons and I feel God telling me to break that pattern - so thank you pastor as a 26 year old divorced man the way you break down the message has helped me and if it wasn’t for forgiveness university I would be dead or in jail - thank you for obeying God and letting him use you so you can reach people like me - I pray that God blessed you with supernatural wisdom so you can be a Good shepperd to your sheep

Pastor Mike is the only pastor as an 18 year old that I can sit down and watch. My attention span is so short and I have so many distractions around me but watching him keeps me on track. I am truly grateful for his presence and how he is helping me get closer to my faith

Transformation church has changed my life, the way I view this world. I’ve widened my view on Christ and not allowed my fears to start shrinking my knowledge of what I know about him because I’m scared to be fully comfortable in my walk with Christ because of fear and doubt or being open with God, but watching this has allowed me to see the good works of God in my life. Honestly, this is the most powerful message I have ever heard in my life. Cuffed to Comparison was a beautiful lesson and message; even at age 37 I'm learning so much about myself and how I compare myself to people when I shouldn't. When Pastor Todd ended with the only comparison and standard one should have is with Jesus. That touched my soul, because Jesus was sent to guide and show us the way. The Bible is the book of life. I needed to hear this message. I'm awake at 2:53am listening to and watching this powerful sermon because God brought me here. I'm truly blessed. Thank you Pastor Todd.

I use to sell drugs 20 years ago and I married a woman who I use to sell drugs too. We had a daughter together and I still was selling. But the lord got back on the right track, but one new year I got introduced to cocaine. It stayed with me over 20 years until a week ago. I started watching Pastor Todd and it started changing my life. I gave my life back to Jesus. I thank you so much Pastor Todd for your the messages that I have been watching on CZcams. After listening to this series, I heard from one of Max Lucado's preaching on Deuteronomy 10:15 that in its Hebrew translation, the love here means hasaq or in other words, binding love. It's like God impressed on me that as we are cuffed to His love, we get uncuffed to comparison, comfort, and convenience. 🌻

I thought the last three of this series was tuff.. but this one right here 😰 made me pick my face up off the floor and have several seats. Humbled me quick. This was sooo needed and life changing.
When the Lord makes it clear you're to follow Him in this new direction, focus fully on Him and refuse to be distracted by comparisons with others
I compare non stop and I am living in my own hell. I hurt myself so much and rendered myself insignificant. I came to God and therapy to build my foundation on these principles ultimately because I am not only effecting myself but my sweet little boy as well. I want to be content, need to put those blinders on. God bless
This sermon was really meant for me, I've been struggling with comparison for the longest time resulting in me getting depressed and isolated and even getting suicidal thoughts. I can relate to everything that Pastor Michael spoke about especially the other brother. I am getting uncuffed in Jesus's name. I really needed this.

I don’t know if anyone will see this, but I need prayers for my sister. She’s facing many demons and I’m afraid for her life. I’m the only said Christian in my immediate family, & I try and try to spread the word…every time I do they brush me off. Everyone says “I believe in something just don’t think it’s God.” & I’m hurt.
With every video I feel like the chaotic triflin sinful parts of me weaken. Like I’m going through rounds in a boxing ring. Slowly the good wholeful me is starting to win.
