a simple maushroom sauce,Haw to make a good mushroom sauce

Ingredients
6 ports
Mushrooms 150-250 g
onion 50g
Garlic 1 p
butter 2-3 tablespoons
Whipped cream 2½ dl
milk 2 dl
Dijon mustard1 tsp
Calf fund 1½ tbsp or meat broth
Chinese soya1 tsp (if you want)
sugar1 tablespoon
Salt and black pepper
Do this
1-Slice the mushroom. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.
2-Saute the onion until soft in butter. Add garlic and mushrooms. Saute until the mushrooms have a nice color.
3-Stir in whipped cream, milk, mustard, veal stock and.
4-soy. Let simmer until desired consistency, 6-8 min.
Season with sugar, salt and black pepper.
Clear.

Most milk products weigh like water, i.e. 1 deciliter weighs 100 g, 1 liter weighs 1 kg.
1kg = 10 dl =100 Cl = 1000ml
( 1 dl = 100g )
