Ingredients :
1 tbsp of olive oil
1 tbsp of butter
1 medium chopped onion
500 g of sliced mushrooms
1 tsp of minced garlic
Salt & black pepper to taste
1 tbsp of flour
200 ml of cooking cream
== for the chicken broth : 2 chicken stock cubes + 800 ml of boiled water

Which variety of mushroom do you use?
I used button mushroom and sometimes I use shiitake but you can use any
