This change has been consciously introduced by me in an effort to be understood at first go by my Australian friends and colleagues. So over the years my accent has changed a bit but by no stretch of imagination it can be branded as Australian accent. Over the phone, one can easily make out that the person on the other end is NOT an Aussie.

I joined an MNC recently. I was trying to make conversation with one of my colleagues. Started off with random topics and then it came to Stand-up comedy. Both of us mentioned Biswa, Kenny, Kanan and then... Suddenly she asked me, "Have you watched Karunesh Talwar's videos? He's brilliant." I answered, "Nidhi ne bhajiye tal ke khila diye."
That one line sealed the deal. That colleague is one of my closest friends now.

Shankar-Jaikishan were the Music Directors of this song. They have great music directors but yes they did copy this tune straight away from Elvis Presley's original song Md. Rafi sahab just sang it.
Rafi had beat elvis in this song he went to more higher note than Elvis and gave that feeling like you are driving a car on an empty road, Elvis didn't give off that feeling.
Also the music directors were Shankar-Jaikisan one of the greatest music directors of Bollywood. So when they created such a song it was a pure struggle because funding was less and arranging such a music was a tough job during that time think of guiding 50 orchestra musicians and then talk of copying tune of Elvis. The central theme of that time was to make it appeal to the people and turn it into evergreen. Also songs got popular because of the names of singers, actors and MDs not because of the tunes as majority of these songs were heard on discs not while watching the movies. The movies were a part of making the song have an impact on the viewer.
Omg I can't believe this. A long time back our entire family was watching masterchef s8 and I vividly remember her making those bhajiyas!!! And we were all laughing cause what's the standard of the show!!😂😂😂
