  • Here I had 3 packs of bhaji prepped
    Heat pot
Coat bottom with light layer of oil
Cut up one medium onion or half large onion
    Add it to the oil
Next add in 2 tablespoon garlic paste
Cook until onion is soft and paste is brown
Now add in your bhaji with salt to taste. I added 2 teaspoon because i had a lot of bhaji
You can now also add in msg (agi) if you want to. I added 1 tablespoon
Mix it up and cover on medium
    Turn occasionally
When bhaji has been reduced you can now add in your coconut milk
I added 2 cans with 2 can water
    Mix well and cover
In 20 mins add in half lemon juice and cover
Cook it down until its not much liquid left and you're all done
Remember you can package some in ziplock bags. Portion it out and freeze it. Whenever you want some to eat you just take a bag out and heat it up.
If you aren't making a lot you can store it in the fridge and heat it up with whatever you want to eat it with
