I’m doing a nice 560 sq ft two level deck now with deckorators cable rail, wolf decking, a stone grill alcove and a 160’ patio. I hand drew everything but I’d love to be able to do renderings like this. I’m located in VT.

It depends! Sometimes its a mix!
I never see your electricians running wires but at the end of the built you have lights on the steps etc. Rebarkable

We didn’t do the pool so I’m not totally sure on that cost but probably closer to 150k all in

The homeowner handled it, we don't sub it out!
How long does do these type of projects take to complete?
This one took about 3 weeks, not including the pool
