Weave paracord back and forth in the MOLLE slots in the lower inner edges of the back flap, pull to size and secure with one or more cord lockers! OR... 2. Use a pouch you want in the middle and weave like above from each side of the pouch to the flaps in back of the FLC! Everyone has a spare pouch!! Now every FLC comes with a free Battle Belt!!! Good, I have 3x sets of US FLC combat vests. Each come with 2x Triple M4-Magzine pouches (central front end) + 2x MLCS water pouches (with 2x 1L Nalgene Oasis bottle ) for east & west waists + 1x Rear Admin pouch (for energy bars) . Cheap & Good for one day hiking in balanced mode. Good, after watches the video carefully recorded and demo by you and realize the FLC vest can be transformed to be "Chest Rig" just adjusting the built-in cucumber band. Good insightful information.

This is better than original configuration. Clips on so it’s easy to remove in hurry. Don’t have to worry about zipper failing.
Looks like the belt would make a descent padded battle belt.

Because it’s easier to put on and take off without the hassle of the zippers being caught. Plus, easier to put on over an iotv.
