    Good idea but for long tumbling i would use an old fan motor, wouldn't be good for your drill

    For even bigger, wet, or dry, Tumbler you can use a DIY motor 12V with electronic speed control ,mains power supply or 12V cord for battery , instead of drill. They use them to rotate meet when they cook them outsite. They use gear, and have the lowest power consumption. It's name is COBRA QUEEN. Also it's cheap!

    That’s a good idea. I find it hilarious the way you run your zigzag wood glue lines.

    Don't use for tumbling rock. The bolts sticking out will brake the rocks.

      It's corn cob cleaning media. But lots of stuff will do. Search cleaning or blasting media. Some pet stores sell the stuff as well.

    Doesn’t seem like you even needed the wheels and this could have been mounted simply in a bench vice. Also could’ve used a small clamp or cable tie to activate the trigger.

    • @lecobra418
      @lecobra418 Před rokem

      Yep, you don't need anything extra just a jar with the jarhead modified with a bolt going through, then put your drill into a vise and it works just as fine.
