Glad you mentioned about removing the oil filler cap before draining the oil, so many people forget this. You didn`t say in the video, whether the chrome cover fitted better over the new filter. Obviously, the previous owner used the wrong sized filter and the cover wouldn`t fit. Nice video, I hope your channel does well.
Excellent question about the oil filter chrome cap. I was surprised to find out that the FRAM filter is slightly thicker than the oem Kawasaki filter and the chrome cap simply does not fit on it and I simply left it without the cap. It looks great as the filter is matching the black frame colour. ☺️
@@dirtyadventure8481 I have just bought a W650 and will be doing an oil change soon. The filter that is on there is correct because the chrome cover fits correctly. I`ll let you know which filter I get.
