#Metallica #HardwiredToSelfDestruct - Hudba
I’m just grateful we’re living in the same time as Metallica. Old Metallica, new Metallica, I just appreciate it all.
@@bigcuisine2613 dude i went about a year and a half ago and it was fucking great
Metallica one of the very famous few bands who stayed consistent using different sounds but staying true to themselves. They worked hard and deserve the recognition they have.
I've met metallica before they are the nicest group of people ever
I love to living as metallica have it and nothing else matters is my life song...
everyone say old Metallica and new Metallica, but at this point "new" Metallica is 29 years old, the terms classic and modern make more sense, but yes i agree i love everything they make
This isn't Metallica trying to be anything other than who they are right now. This is an aged Metallica that I can respect. Intelliegent, cool, and heavy. Well done boys.
welcome home.... metallica of 80s
Very well put.
Boys .. hahahahaha
they never became something else. they only tried new things on music. i dont see anything wrong with it. BUT I LOVE THIS SONG
Heavy, complex, melody...
kirk enjoyed this so much, i haven’t seen him headbang so much in a while
Kirk too
Love the profile picture NWJDJX
@@trinket5969 HE FOCKING LEFT THE BAND!
I mean his solo was just awesome I swear love hearing it every time that's why this song is definitely one of my favorite metallica songs it just rocks!
He used to headbang along with Jason in their live performance together.
Sounds even better 4 years later. One of Kirk's best solos on Hardwired.
Lamentablemente el solo no lo invento kirk fue uno del staff si mal recuerdo
@@alessandromedina6569
Speak English or 💀
today is the day, when Cliff died...
RIP Cliff... the world needs more musicians like you...
he taught them how that write
And ended up as a brown stain on the mattress?
what a troll...
Cliff died with St Anger and the Loads, but resurrected with this epic delivery
rip to the the legendary Cliff Burton,30 years today you're still missed bro.
Got it. With the number of trolls on here, I assumed he was another... fishychicken
All good! RIP Cliff!
What a beast of a song. Hetfield sounds phenomenal. Best thing they've put out in 20 years no doubt.
amen
they'll use a backing track and 10mss delay on hetfields vocals instead.. ugh
all nightmare long still their best song from the last 20 years. This one is cool aswell, but not as much as that one.
This is actually a well-constructed, well-written song. All Nightmare was good, not a classic though.
Basel Anabtawi they still need to put the drums in the background more. They won't, but, still one of their best since load.
When i first heard this song i was like " yes they're back " best song they had in years. 72 seasons rocks too.
Blacked out
Pop queen, amphetamine
The screams crashed into silence
Tapped out
Doused in the gasoline
The high times going timeless
Decadence
Death of the innocence
The pathway starts to spiral
Infamy
All for publicity
Destruction going viral
Light it up
Ah, light it up
Another hit erases all the pain
Bulletproof
Ah, kill the truth
You're falling, but you think you're flying high
High again
Sold your soul
Built a higher wall
Yesterday
Now you're thrown away
Same rise and fall
Who cares at all?
Seduced by fame
A moth into the flame
Twisted
Backstabbing wicked
The delusion absolution
Perjurer
Fame is the murderer
Seduce you into ruin
Light it up
Ah, light it up
Another hit erases all the pain
Bulletproof
Ah, tell the truth
You're falling, but you think you're flying high
High again
Sold your soul
Built the higher wall
Yesterday
Now you're thrown away
Same rise and fall
Who cares at all?
Seduced by fame
A moth into the flame
Burn
Guarantee your name, you go and kill yourself
The vultures feast around you still
Overdose on shame and insecurity
If one won't do that fistful will
Death scene
Black hearse the limousine
A grave filled with seduction
Vaccine
Fame does the murdering
She builds up for destruction
So light it up
Ah, light it up
Another hit erases all the pain
Bulletproof
Ah, no excuse
You're falling, but you think you're flying high
High again
Sold your soul
Built the higher wall

Now you're thrown away

Metallica is back!! RIP other bands
Already had their time, this is no longer their time
Broncosoft shut you're bitch ass up! metallica lives on!!!
Ohhhh!!!! Did I hurt your metal feelings?
Ha haaa!!! XD
"Did I hurt your metal feelings?" thats something I would of said when I was 12...
Broncosoft but still manage to make better songs than any other bands

Is it just me or this song is getting better every year?
You are not alone..
total thrasher agree
I have successfully converted my parents into thrash metal and Metallica. Now my dad loves thrash metal and my mom loves this song!!! I am proud to announce this!!!
Good lad ! You are the kind of people music stations need !

@@saraaparicio7538 Sounds amazing ! When is it coming ?
this is seriously one of metallica's best songs man
Absolutely, this one sounds very good.
The real deal of their last album.
Rodolfo Palacios my favourite song on hardwired to self destruct is the single or atlas rise
Spit out the bone is also a masterpiece, many great tracks on hardwired.
Professor Cunt Superb song. Was gonna mention it too haha
my favourites are moth into flame, now that we're dead, atlas, rise, master of puppets, enter sandman, for whom the bell tolls, fuel, creeping death, one, nothing else matters
This is one of their best songs for sure. These guys never disappoint...ever. They continue to churn out one amazing album after another, and never let their fans down. I love this band and always will.
Idiots: "Metallica hasn't done anything good since Justice."
Hetfield: "Hold my soda....."
Subtle but wholesome reference to his addiction. I hope he is good now.
The devil is here.
Metallica were fucking good since Justice. This is not Metallica. This is something else. This music is not the music Metallica used to write and play ....
U mean "hold my pupped"
Metallica sucked after load then reload then dug themselves in a grave after saint anger i admit this album is allot better than the garbage they been puting out
This is my favourite out of the 5 songs i've heard so far
Go to metallica.com they are releasing them all every 2 hours. There is an unlisted youtube list link there.
If this song is in your top 5, than I feel sorry for you...
none of the songs are my fav
It was mine too when I was listening to the album for the first time. After listening to it a few more times Atlas Rise beats everything. ALL YOU BEAAAAAR! ALL YOU CARRY!
Hard to believe this song is three years old already
Yeah
Facts
Still feels so new
Almost 4
New music only 5 years away
Metallica's best song of the last three decades. Absolute masterpiece.
Agreed.
I so wish they play like this all the time.
I love Robs energy. He’s keeping the band young
If Lars keeps his mouth open like that, a moth is gonna fly right in.
Moth into the mouth

This song deserves more popularity, one of their best songs in my opinion
It’s their most popular song off of Hardwired.
Their whole album was great
Spit out the bone
Hell no, as a new fan of Metallica this is one of the best songs out there 🔥
@@jimineutron3775 hope you've listened to their older songs, my favorite is disposable heroes
Why I loved this song from the album: It's one of the few songs that felt like they had fun playing it and you had fun listening to it. Spit Out The Bone is probably the only other song on this album that stood out. If their next album was more like this, it will be great.
Kinda disagree there didnt rly like Spit out the bone. Really liked Halo on fire and Confusion though
This one definitely sounds most like a song to me. Whatever that means.
The others have bits and pieces, this has it all.
@@FaceEatingOwl I personally really like Dream no More, Murder One, and Halo on Fire.

thank you.... ive been listening to these guys since i was 14 years old... i am now 44... after all these years, they are still kicking ass, 30 years of awesomeness . Thank you, Metallica! im happy that i dont know what life would be like without yall
Alan Whitson what about before you were 14?
44 also, I got Master of Puppets on cassette when I was 14, been rocking to Metallica ever since!
"Hardwired..." is easily the best album Metallica has released since the Black Album. Heavy, fast, kickass riffs, classic metallica energy in a silver-haired package.
That's a low bar, dude. That said, much as hate everything they've done since, Hetfield is still a ravenous beast.
SprinBeyween Load and Reload they have some good stuff. And Death Magnetic was a great album. So about the low bar I disagree!
Shane's Book Corner you must be new to Metallica, Death Magnetic blows hardwired out of the park homie
@@AssAssasin96 They are both good for different reasons D.M. is great for time changes speed and great riffs. It lacks in production value and good hooks. That Hardwired has over Death Magnetic. I like them pretty equal though. But definitely if you wanna hear some hard Justice type shit then Death Magnetic is the way to go.
Sure
Metallica don't age. They renew and evolve! Conquering the world's hears since the 80's!!!
Every song Metallica release’s is just a masterpiece I’m proud to be in the Metallica family
No moths were harmed in the making of this badassery
they harmed themselves, going straight to the fire though.

this has nothing to do with the song but I read your comment so fast that I understand *these guys still LICK fucking ass* so I was like triggered for 3 seconds XD
This is probably top 5 Metallica songs for me. Great riffs, hard hitting lyrics, and the bass licks with Kirk's tasteful solo are just *chef's kiss*, not to mention Lars ripping the double kicks towards the end.
And this my dear friends, is why we love metallica.
3:00 that part fucking kills me. Fucking awesome song
its bullshit
4:26 this is the part that gets me going. When that double bass hits...yeah!
So i'm not the only one who keeps rewinding to 3:00! The instrumental part is perfect!

It's the perfect song. The double bass is just killing.
James Hetfield is the G.O.A.T. It's not close. Just insanely better than everyone else at pure rock and metal. Wish he could stay forever!

yes
Jon Schaffer is.
I've watched this like 200 times now
I feel like that when I got halfway through it the first time.
AND WATCH "GHOST-SQUARE HAMMER" 199 TIMES!
Yes! Between Metallica's return to form, Ghost's "Square Hammer", and the new wave of thrash / speed metal like Evil Invaders' "Raising Hell", it's a great time to be a metal head!
Yes, i agree, great time to be a metal head. Also i love the new MEGADETH, and the new CAULDRON. If we buy records, then the bands will know they are on the right track and they will release more great albums in a future.
Dude get outta here... Megadeth Cauldron?!? Grab new Testament!
It's one of those tracks that you can put on loop trough the whole day while you're working and you still wanna hear it when you come back home. Very few tracks have that quality! Metallica nailed it!
I did this today!
first matallica album i have really enjoyed since M.O.P ,had me slamming the walls again and shakeing the tiles off the roof and love the cult riffs on halo fukin awesome again now call it a day while we are happy
I'm sick with the flu, and this makes me feel better
Whatever brings people to Metallica I say. To you Lady Gaga fans, welcome, may their performance open your mind to the wonderful music that is Metallica.
MetallicaRules Thank you!
MetallicaRules it actually did! So happy they invited Gaga to join them for the performance. I'm becoming a Metallica fan.
Nijat Gasimov Welcome :')
Nijat Gasimov Good to hear. I'd first recommend listening to either their 3rd album, Master of Puppets, or their 5th album, Metallica (aka, The Black Album) to get yourself started. Master is considered their best album, and was also their last album with bassist Cliff Burton. The Black Album is their most commercially successful and accessible record, featuring some of their more well known songs and is the best selling album of the Soundscan era.
+MetallicaRules Wow! Thanks a lot for recommendations mate! I started off with Master of Puppets and it sounds pretty awesome! By the way, is there any Metallica forum where I can join for discussions ?
Fan since 1989. This is their best heavy track since "Justice" album. Just an old headbangers opinion. As Hetfield goes, so goes Metallica. Always been that way, always will be that way
How is it possible that this video is 6 years old?
If anyone were to make a best songs of this album, moth into flame and spit out the bone will always be in the top 5
Max Lu top 5 (imo)
1. Spit out the bone
2. Dream no more
3. ManUNkind
4. Halo on fire
5. Murder One
in my opinion:
1. spit
2. revenge
3. moth
4. confusion
5. murder
Radu Andrei are you my twin xD
Max Lu this one seems more musically complex than spit out the bone. Spit out the bone is just kind of simple not Metallica🤘
***** piss off!!
Metallica's back and kicking fking ass!! This is the best I've heard from them since the Black album!
Death Magnetic was okay, a few gems. But this is something else.
***** I always thought songs were inanimate works of art and didn't know that they had any type of orientation! Thanks for clearing it up, and no, I don't want to know how you know this!
the black album sucks sir
this sounds like stuff of Load/ Reload
Totally agree! I was wondering if it was just my imagination or if they kicked it back into high gear. Either way, I am so glad they are back with a vengeance.
That intro kicks ass!

metallica 🎸❤🔥
40 years and still goin strong. Insane.
One of my favorite Metallica songs. It plays like moving poetry with a chilling message for our addicted society
I think it's perfect for warning us about how fame changes a person from the inside out.
Look at most "famous people" these days -- they usually start out pretty clean, but then they sell their souls to the devil just to get their moment in the spotlight, and what happens then is they become totally different people. They no longer had the morals or beliefs they grew up with, and sometimes they also trade their family and closest friends for what can be summed up as "fake friends" who will not hesitate to stab them in the back when they find their chosen star to be less than ideal.
Then, when the spotlight eventually moves on to the next person, the ones who used to be in the spotlight realize just how good they had it before going famous, but they're never able to fill the ever-growing void in their hearts and souls, and worse, they're now without the things and (more than likely) people they had in their lives prior to their spotlight moments. And many of them are driven to suicide because they've lost hope for their future and have nothing left to cling to. Pretty fucking scary if you ask me.
So yeah, let this be a valuable lesson and a warning for anyone thinking of becoming famous. Don't ever sell out who you are for fame and fortune, or else you WILL regret it one day.
Strong guitarwork...poetry? hmm I' d leave it to solid beat...sorry
This song is one of their best on the album and possibly ever.
Spit out the bone is better imo
Spit out the bone is a beast of a song no doubt. Different kind of an epic to this song but both awesome
Recently I played this song loud in the Car to some people who stopped listening to Metallica many years ago and their words were "Man, I wish Metallica would still sound like this!" Ooooh how little did they know..

Shit, it's been three years and i'm still enjoying this song like when it came up
I like this song. They definitely got their thrash back. The dual guitar bit before the chorus reminds me of ride the lightning. Is it as good as the old albums like kill em all and master of puppets? I'd say is getting damn close to being as good. Can't wait to hear the other songs from this album. Keep up the good work Metallica!
Well said.
It almost sounds like they went back to their roots! I still remember the first time I heard these guys when Kill Em All came out...fuck!
Its better!
I don't think it will touch RTL, Master or Justice but I think it has a strong possibility of being in the mix with The Black Album and Kill Em All
No it as not as good as it was - never will be - why? They were 20 back then 50 now
I heard this song a lot of times just today. It's rare I to do that. This song fucking rules.
Same here. I didn't realize just how hungry I really am for Metallica right now, especially the new stuff.
I wanna learn to sing all songs they launch till the official warning
James can sure crank out those riffs on rhythm guitar. Great melody and singing on this choice tune.
Think of these guys ages. They're getting up there. And they continue to make music like this.

ikr. I have huge hope for this album, it may be even better than Death Magnetic, which is already criminally underrated IMO. The only think that sucks in this song is Kirk's soloing. His slow lead parts are great, but I can't stand his actual solo.
Lee Eshelman
that's the reason why they became classics...
Seen Metallica in Kansas City March 6th 2019 the little drones with the lights going around the stage during moth into flame was one of the coolest things I have ever seen in my life badass show just wish they played Whiplash after Cliffs solo RIP Master Of Bassists.

Dude ı think master of puppets album is the best metallica album ever
Kerem Carikci 30 years after it's still a masterpiece. But damn with such songs i think H2SD is gonna crush
You should check out Byzantine if you like groove riffs. Their older stuff ROCKS!! They've been out for 16 years and had a short run with Prosthetic Records in early 2000's and toured with Lamb of God but had some problems with the record company that ended up in some band member problems and split up. But the singer who I know personally picked up a new guitarist and bass player and they put out a new album last year called "To Release Is To Resolve" and it was BADASS!! There's some videos of some of the songs from that album on here. They've been one of the most underrated bands for YEARS but they FINALLY got the recognition they deserve from this last album and just signed a deal with MetalBlade Records a few months ago and working on the their next album right now. I now know all of these guys personally and they're great guys and unbelievably talented musicians! Y'all should check them out and get behind them and support them! I believe you'll be pleased with what you hear!

Those are honestly the only two songs I would listen to over and over.
RaginGamin I like the intro to murder one it's like one and fade to black
This song has one of the best solos in all of Metallica’s songs
the guitar intro just rocks, metallica is one of the best bands on the world
Metallica are still better than 90% of the shit around now including metal.

He's still hasn't come out of his rock. This pussy needs a good push to explore more.
Better than the 90% of mainstream music, yes. The other music, just better than the 50%.
Justin Zymbaluk Just my opinion. I can't stand most modern Metal its noise played really fast. But I respect anyone's right to listen and to like it.
Listen to any thrash metal these days that isn't on the front page of CZcams and you'll find much better than this. Vektor for example. They put this band to shame.

We're not in the 2000s anymore though, we're in the 2010s unless you mean the 21st century.
Ye, but we talk about the 1500s, 1800s, 1900s, etc. etc. I mean to say it in a way that this song will go down in history as one of the greats.

Metallica has survived the times. 4 decades strong and well respected. One time I saw them outdoors in 1992 when suicidal tendencies opened for them, pretty cool!
Six years later and it's still bizarre to me that Metallica nailed an album after such a long dry spell. Definitely not complaining though, one of the nicest surprises of the 10's.
Wouldn't say nailed. This is a downgrade from Death Magnetic
Havent bought a Metallica Album in years. Skipped alot after Black, but im buying this one!!
Neil Tipton don't waste your money. Anything beyond the first four songs is straight nonsense. Don't let the best song off the album (this) make you think the rest is just as good
MyTurkeySub is quite right. I think most of the comments below these new Metallica videos are generated by BOTs, it's simply impossible that people find this album awesome-or even "old school metallica". Most songs are pretty average if you take away the fact they were done by a super famous band. To be absolutely honest with you, as a huge metal fan (listening to way heavier things than Metallica in general), I'd tell you to buy Death Magnetic, their last album. This one is definitely good, lyrically and musically. Thrashy and emotional songs, plus an instrumental, a really complete class A+ album. The new one on the other hand is pretty average ...
+Placki Plicki bots?? are you kidding me? people's opinions differ from yours you may not like this album but millions out there do and yes it does sound oldschool tallica. this album shits all over death magnetic
I love that about Metallica, the fact that they're willing to try new sounds while at the same time referencing their past albums. Having listened through Hardwired you can influences from a lot of their past sounds, from DM to Black to AJFA, and even influences from other classic metal bands.
Different sounds but I do like Hardwired better than DM.
silent phantom No I'm not kidding you. When someone says "the real Metallica is back" while actually this isn't specially more trashy than DM, I guess there is something wrong. When people of top comments do not answer to anything asked to them on YT, yes, I suspect BOTs. And by saying most of this album sounds like old Metallica you're just proving you don't have listened carefully to their previous work. These new songs are simply too slow to be compared to what was on MoP, RtL or ..aJfA
The more I listen to this song, the more I love it. What a perfect combination between speed, force and melodic and rhythmic patterns! Metallica rules!
Listen to the Metallica/Lady Gaga version...just as good.
Welcome to my world
