This is a superior set then the one I saw in Philadelphia for Technique. The Sugarcubes w/ Bjorn and PIL opened and PIL certai ly outperformed them that night. They sound tighter. Plus, Hooky singing so.e is way Fabulous 👌.

Probably the most luxurious New Order live recording available - the setlist and the performance quality could not get much better. For some time, I found it too perfect (where are the gaffes, the temper tantrums, the banter - this is not New Order!) and could not really listen to it, but now I just enjoy the great music.

It looks like all the mirrors for this audio are gone - any chance someone out there has a clean copy of this (that youtube hasn't compressed to hell and back?)

In the photo you created for this video, you indicate July 28, 1989. Yet in your comments you indicate July 18, 1989. You may want to correct the inconsistency.

They released a semi-official live album in 1991, but it was the 1987 Glastonbury concert.

At least you have this, no? I was at this concert and it sounds better here to be honest. This sounds like an off-the-board recording. It was Clarkston, Mich summer 1989.

I had a bootleg for the Darrien Lakes gig. Unfortunately I lost it when my old computer crashed. It sounded dreadful though...
