How about adjusting the doors before taking pictures?

Just bought one with the infrared side burner and rotisserie. For hanging the side burner, the silver bolts do NOT go into the holes without crushing the bolts threads. I drove one in 3/4 of the way, took a long time, then just pulled it out with my fingers. Zero holding power. What is going on? Also the holes are not internally threaded at all. Are they supposed to be threaded? I've messaged Napolean support and am waiting to hear back. I might try and find a metal hollow wall anchor that mushrooms but I don't know how deep the space is behind the holes or if I can find one thin enough but strong enough. Very frustrating.

Hi guys, nice assembly video! Does the side shelf on the right not fold? Thanks for the reply!

Can the cart grill head be used in a built in application?
Or will I need to purchase the built it version of the 665 prestige pro.

Thanks for your question! This grill is a cart model only and cannot be used like a built in. You will need a built in model specifically if you wish to have a built in application.

The stainless screws that secure the side wings on are nearly impossible to screw in. even my power drill is struggling to get them screwed it so they're hanging out by an inch. What's wrong?

Hi Ryan, Thank you for reaching out. The screws for the side shelves require a good amount of elbow grease to install, however they are meant to be this way as this will ensure that the side shelf is secure once they are completely installed. Let us know if you have any additional questions.

Had no problems with this using a normal screwdriver
