Yes! Wiggling your pinky toe is the best way to stop sleep paralysis. I can never talk about my experiences with anyone in my real life cause they either get scared and tell me to stop or they think im crazy. I always keep it to myself now. But I understand. I know how crazy I sound when I say I’ve left my body.
I get sleep paralysis most of the time. I have pretty much gotten used to it lol. Since now I am able to fight off of the sleep paralysis very easily. It sounds silly I know 😅
I know what you mean. When I had shit sleep I would get it every night that j was normal..
see if you can teach yourself how to lucid dream 👀
Idk if I’ve ever had sleep paralysis. I’ve probably had it once, but it was more of me being way too numb to move rather than actually being incapable
Been doing it since I was 8 and I’m 32 it’s not silly at all, my ears will ring like I heard a dog whistle, I never stop fighting
@@JordanGreenYT Let me tell you something young man... You have been asleep for a very long time. Now you are Awoke (Conscious). You have always projected your consciousness... It's just that you were to unconscious to be aware of it.
I’ve had sleep paralysis multiple times within my life so getting used to it wasn’t really a problem. From my experience, Nothing truly happens other than it’s uncomfortable to breathe and when my eyes are open I see a blurry vision of the room that I am in. I’ve never experienced seeing other worldly beings because truly it’s kinda like the prototype of lucid dreaming where you are in complete control of what happens. So for example, if you fear the worst and are terrified, bad visions are going to appear which is why people hallucinate demons more often than not because the first experience is almost always scary. I’m fascinated each time I get sleep paralysis because it is such an unworldly feeling that I want to learn more about.
During sleep paralysis there is a thin line between the spirit world and the physical realm, that is why you are unsure if you are awake or not. This has happened to me many times, and you are right about the seeing demons. It's usually a spiritual attack on your soul. It's a very scary experience the first time it happens to you.
So sad humans believe this is an evil entity, when it is not. I was able to learn piano and do many others things without any class thanks to this travelings! I even stop being scare of death, yet never again thought about of commiting suicide!
Piano how exactly?
I am extremely used to sleep paralysis at this point I know pretty much all the tricks to get out of it quickly now but damn man I felt like I was trapped for hours until I learned the tricks like focusing all your attention on one finger and shit and even though you know it’s not real the shit you see is still way more traumatizing than a regular typical nightmare since it’s way more realistic.
When you said you and your dad woke up at the exact same time, i got the chills. I had this crazy experience at a sleepover with my friend many years ago! Lemme tell you.
So i was at my friends house, it was a sleepover. I was sleeping in a regular bed in his room while he was sleeping on top of his bunk bed on the other side of the room. So in the morning when we woke up, we literally woke up at the exact same time, but not only that.. while i was opening my eyes i for some reason automatically sat up, i didn't intend to do this but it just happened as i woke up. Now whats crazy is that my friend did the exact same thing, and whats EVEN CRAZIER is that we literally started staring right into each others eyes as it happened. Literally within one second of BOTH OF US waking up at the same time, we were both sitting up and staring into each others eyes... its really crazy and i have no idea how that happened. Maybe it was something similar, i don't remember having an out of body experience or anything like that.
One time i had sleep paralysis. I got out of my dream but my eyes were closed. my conscious new that i couldn’t move. When i opened my eyes there was a girl sitting on her knees on my bed next to me. she just sat there and watched me. She didn’t wanna harm me. I could hear whispers but only in my left ear. And on the back of my left ear ever time i heard a whisper, i felt warm air touch the back of my left ear. I only could make out one word she said which was cousin. Although a creepy experience, it makes you question your whole existence. It’s creepy and cool and the same time.
Waking up to sleep paralysis is the perfect opportunity to leave your physical body and astral project, I always try to take advantage of it because it’s not often that it happens for me, but it’s something you just have to experience for yourself!
i never knew there was a connection between the two! you guys are putting me on hella game rn 🤣
@@JordanGreenYT yess , During sleep paralysis the body is asleep therefore it's easier for the energy body (or "soul") to leave the body . I've never experienced it yet , but I have almost done it twice .
This sounds so scary, I’m praying I don’t have to experience it
Yeah stick to praying to your imaginary friend... It's more safe.
Broooo, i remember I always saw myself walk myself to my room, without controlling myself and, next day I only remembered knowing that I slept on the couch, asked my family if someone put me In my bed they said no and well left it there.
I’m currently 16 but I’ve been able to astral project ever since I was 15. I choose not to tel anyone though as no one believes me, good to hear someone else experiences it too
I'm 16 too can you please explain it more
@@facundosebastian5519 we are immortal souls living a temporary human existance. when we go to sleep (or die) our soul is not bound to our physical body, it's bound to an astral body, which is capable of experiencing the astral realm (the place at night you have dreams). if you can become concious in the astral realm the possibilities of creation are profound.
“They gotta go, or I gotta go” 😂😂😂😂😂
Not once or twice but many a times i experienced sleep paralysis and for firstly its so scary and you just want to be back to your sense..
But having gone through some videos where someone advised to be CALM of which i did, was taken a vast place full of sparkling stars very calm and immediately went back to myself..
I've really been enjoying these spiritual videos. It's incredibly relatable too
I’ve done it once but shit myself and woke up
💀💀💀
Gonna read your book once I find enough time to not be distracted. Totally worth the $12 🙌🏾
I used to struggle to breath during sleep paralysis and it was terrifying!! sometimes I would hear this deep, LOUD “whooosh..whooosh..whooosh”pulsing, and one time I felt this ball of heat spreading throughout my body. I struggled with both sleep walking and sleep paralysis until my mid twenties. And I always remembered everything I was doing and thinking while sleep walking but I couldn’t ever understand that what I was doing and saying didn’t make any sense to my day to day life. . I would argue and say I’m not sleep walking I’m wide awake why won’t you listen to me!.. Ppl would just have to talk to me and tell me where I was until the wheels in my brain would slowly start turning and I would realize whatever I was worrying about or doing isn’t happening, or isn’t even real at all.. I still dream very very vividly though. I am studying astral projection now and I hope I’m able to do it one day!!!
Holy shit bro this got me wild. Please do more in depth
Imagine telling your wife "I gotta go or he gotta go" after your child walks in your room in the middle of the night and stares at you. Lol
Have similar experiences my whole life. There's definitely more to this world we live in than we know
I was born blind and have astral projected a couple of times.
The first time I went through the tunnel people talk about in NDE's, I was around 8 I think.
The second time I woke up in the air; rolled over and landed back into my body.
The third time I did it on purpose by astral projecting outside of myself, through my side, and felt my consciousness expand for about 30 seconds.
how did you write this? Text to speech?
How you wrote this
It’s funny how we humans think we understand all dimensions of reality
Ive had flying dreams where ive felt like superman flying around ...no shit actually remember feeling scared i was flying
I had sleep paralysis mostly in middle school. Im approaching my 30's now so this wasnt recent by far. But i didnt see shadows or demons ever (my mom often did however). Rather i saw blue light beings and "light streams" which i believe tried to hypnotize me at one point. They didnt feel malicious, id describe them as playful or curious, but maybe im naive and just assumed they meant no harm. They looked cool, intrigued in me as i was in them. But eventually i just fell back asleep so i couldnt really investigate them.
I had one of scariest dreams the other night and you fight so slow in dreams which makes it worse 😂😂
I had to subscribe so articulate, informative and soothing. Excellent recap of experience I went through the same thing.
*_A tip for people: If you overcome a sleep paralysis, you'll automatically go into a lucid dream (i'm speaking out of experience!)_*
lucid dreamed multiple times in the past
you gotta put us on game 👀
@@JordanGreenYT You know what.. i might do so, why not.

@@LEXNOLYRICS 🤘🏾🔥
@@Waryfuls2 i did that yesterday, and i went to lucid dream automatically
Fascinating discussion!!!
I remember when i was about 5yo i was flying in my room and i was seeing my body being asleep in the bed then i thought it was just a dream but later on i realized it might be astral projection
Regarding your first example, I didn’t know this was a thing! I’ve experienced this multiple times. I end up shouting to try and wake myself up but people around me have said it sounds funny and my mouth doesn’t move 😂
Cool refreshing vid! 🙌👍

Tbf Einstein did prove that mass and energy was interchangeable using E = mc2
Aw hell nah if my kid came and stood like that at 3 am he going to the adoption center
I always see some shadow like a bat 🦇 coming thru my window or something when it happens
I have only had sleep paralysis when I was like 8. I thought i was being stalked by a ghost while i was sleeping and being frozen. I remember it so weirdly it was creepy asf
THIS IS CRAZYYY , i also had sleep paralysis yesterday night wtf . I tried to astral project but I couldn't .
I won't stop trying
Jordan to a how to lucid dream tutorial pls 🙏
2:28 Bro it’s a demon ☠️☠️☠️☠️
Sleep paralysis again, I am trapped inside by bed..
Yeah you woke up in your dream, that’s why it seems like you’re awake. I can confirm that because sometimes I got sleep paralysis and “woke up” somewhere else. I used to get sleep paralysis a lot. I don’t usually see anything around me during sleep paralysis so I don’t think there are anything in my room which could be good but I obviously can’t move. I’ve never tried to go into steal projection from sleep paralysis tho because my mind usually is racing and I can’t usually tell if I’m asleep or not.
I experienced sleep paralysis twice, one time was very scary. Overall 10/10, i reccomend doing it, literally just for memories, you have nothing to fear.
This is probably gonna be my favorite video of you, for a long time lol
It was fun watchin and helllaa theories sparked in my mind throughout me watching you explain the 2 stories...🐐video
I'm proud of everyone who's finally waking up to reality :)
(aka Astral projecting)
Another W, all love Jordan keep it up!!
i appreciate it bro! this is only the beginning 🚀📈
4:02 OH HELL NO
I have had sleep paralysis, but I was so scared. I couldn’t move, scream only thing I could do was move my toes till I woke myself up.
I just counted and forced myself to fall off the bed. I could hear the everyone playing spades in the dining room and the music playing while i couldnt move.. i remember the song till this day
R kelly and keith murray.
Ive had that happen too many times to me since i was very young😢its sooo scarrryyy...😭😭😭 the demon part😪🥵i have learned to wake myself up,sometimes screamin
It’s scary bc you don’t even know if someone’s in ya room plotting on u or sum
Jordan we need your drip back💯
ill have to do another fashion video sometime in the near future 👀
Astral projection is amazing I have come very close to it multiple times in the past, hopefully I can do it soon
its an experience that sticks with you, thats for sure
I actually have sleep paralysis pretty frequently, maybe once every 1-2 months and it always happens right when I try and go to sleep.
EDIT: after watching the entire video I remembered a crazy “dream” that I had when I was younger in which I saw myself getting out of bed. I never put the pieces together but it definitely was astral projection now that I look back on it.
I’ve been trying to astral project I k how too but my conscious
I have been on sleep pralysis since one year.
During that phase i have experinced lucid dreaming. Where i got up spoke with my dad. It was so real but nothing happened. It was like i was living alternativr reality
Great uploads bro 🔥🔥🔥
i appreciate it bro 👑
@@JordanGreenYT np man 🙏🏾
Guy’s search up how to decalcify your pineal gland (3rd eye)

🤣🤣🤣
i've had sleep paralysis a lot in the past and recent past. You have to have spiritual protection around you in order to prevent it from happening again. I would recommend looking into working with Hindu Gods like Lord Shiva and Kali for this
If you are aware of your surroundings, you will not see strange things
ill have to keep that in mind 📝
I’ve always wanted to lucid dream and astral project but sleep paralysis is the only thing I’m scared of lmao. That’s why I sleep on my left side, I can never sleep on my back
i thought i was safe sleeping on my stomach, but i was humbled 💀 its really not THAT bad though tbh
It changed my life to brother keep safe!
When will the tutorial be?
jordan and iamlucid stream colab NOW
Dope vid man

0:42 Exactly how he said it y’all, it’s that uncomfortable. You CAN👁NOT👁MOVE
Ive had sleep paralysis atleast 20 times in my life but for some reason I could never get my eyes open.(im 19 btw)
Same but a few weeks ago I managed to open my eyes because I thought I was awake and I seen a person keep coming close to me then grabbed me and I woke up screaming. I’m also 19
I alwasy see may self aslip during that period
It was the same for me. When I was young, I'd always sleepwalk into my parents' bedroom and stare at my Mom, but I was crying? Creepy stuff.
Never had sleep paralysis. Never had astral projection, though I've tried to do it.
I been havin this since I was like 3 years and still have it till this day.
There is not much research on it in the internet, unfortunately.
yes there is you didnt look.
I`ve heared sleeping on the stomach isn't that healthy, I´d suggest you to check that out
This happened to me twice. I was scared!it was tough! Couldn't move just heart racing!
I’ve had a very similar sleep paralysis experience where I was sleeping on my stomach and there was this pressure on my back then I heard breathing that I could feel on my neck, then whatever it was told me to shhh
NAHHH FAMMM NOOO SIRRR
sounds like you were molested
Bro clicked f5
There’s deeper points to this. Much deeper.
I have had Sleep paralysis and OOBE almost every night now for the past 6 years or more ! I also have Very vivid dreams of future events that come true down to every little detail any one else experiences this ???
do you get anything positive from those experiences?
What do you do before bed?
Your 3rd eye is open congratulations!
It happens alot when since I was 13 to 17
Now at 19 I barely get sleep paralysis
0:04 Oh word so he REALLY Built Different bru 😅😅😂😂😂
Nahhhh cuz dem sleep analysis moments be horrifying asf, glad ian have one again yet
Damn bro u left a lot of comments

Hi Jordan how are you? Nuce thank you for spreading good news god bless
im doing great bro! i appreciate the love; lets continue to elevate 🚀📈
I can relate I've experienced it as well
I had paralysis often while quarantine
idk if u filmed this on the 30th but on the 30th i got sleep paralysis for the firs time too tf
Crazy bro me and my dad at my old house would get up to pee at the exact same time it was crazy man and we had one bathroom lol. Can't make it up!
Wtf man I had sleep paralysis in that same night as you, I was thinking about Roger Troutman singing through the talk box
Hey could you make another manifestation and law of attraction video?
Almost 17 but never experienced it, hope I won't tbh cuz I hate to watch horror movies, now imagine living in one 💀
it wasnt all that bad tbh. definitely in no rush to experience it again though lmaoooo
I did twice when I was 9, it was chill and only lasted a few seconds, didn't see any scary stuff but I was in the car
Ive had sleep paralysis many time but only once or twice i seen demons during it. Majority of the time its just i open my eyes and there is nothing there but my room. And I just cannot move but I try to move and all i get is shaking and making noises.
I've had it before when I was younger and it was spooky. But I think nofap had to do with why you Astral projected
nah bro, the astral projection happened when i was like 7-8
@@JordanGreenYT i got mistaken, I thought you Astral prokected recently but that was just sleep paralysis.
f nofap
I feel like this had something to do with the correlation between you and your dad’s DNA
Yhhh I learnt about sleep paralysis the hard way when I was like 8 yrs old and thought a demon was out for me🤣😭
they caught you lacking 😭 im glad i at least knew what it was when it happened to me
Did you see yourself walking in first person or 3rd person? I also had some things like that and I also had dreams that were so real that i remember for real that the dream was in original colors just like real life.. it is very interesting topic
Holy crap who would’ve known Jordan was a childhood sleepwalker
Bro I been sleep paralysis since I was 4. Some people still haven’t gotten it. I just got it last night as well
its such a weird feeling, but it pales in comparison to sleepwalking imo
Ur Parents home looks very cool ngl
3:41 Mmmmm, I feel like Michael Jackson, SleepWalking in the Calabasas 🛏 🚶🎶
Damn this is crazy
I think what you and your dad experienced was "linked consciousness".
I was about to ask you if you knew about astral projection

when i get up from sleep paralysis I'm sweaty for some reason.
youre probably just scared bro! fear makes you sweat
